Check in was not good. The lady at the front desk wanted charge me for my room, I explained I had book and paid on Hotel.com. after about 20 min of back and forth a young man came on duty and saw the computer issue on their end, had my room key in seconds. The room was excellent! Super clean, quiet and I loved everything about the bathroom. Plenty of towels and show pressure perfect.

JoJo checked us in -she never made eye contact, she was rude and was unhelpful.
The TV and the phone did not work. Called front desk from cell phone and they said TV service was out. No offer to reduce rate or help. TV and phone did not work entire stay. Will never stay here again

I often come here for a stay but this time service felt terrible. Breakfast finished early and they didn’t bother to refill and when we asked their answer was it’s a free complimentary breakfast, if it’s finished, it’s finished. Go for a coffee and they purposely leave only two cups and two lids. You walk with few friends for a coffee and you have to run around just to find someone to get a cup for a coffee and kid.
Not sure is management has changed but this time around service was garbage.

I would never stay at that hotel again nor would I refer anyone there. The customer service was horrible, my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4:03. The room was dirty with someone makeup fingerprints, hair was in the shower, food particles were in the trash can, blood splatter was on the wall, and the tv was not working properly. I reported these issues and to no avail. That was valentine day weekend and it’s one I won’t forget! Never again!

I booked a two bed queen room. When I arrived they stayed they didn't have any queens and this is a common problem with third party booking because you guys never verify availability. The hotel said I could change if one became available. The next day I was told they definitely have two queen rooms and they would call me to switch. I explained I am uncomfortable sharing a bed. He stated he understood and would call me at 3 pm once the housekeepers have sent the list. They never called me. During check out, they again blamed you guys but no one has offered me any understanding about this terrible experience. I was actually needing another night but the lack of trying to accommodate me was horrible to say the lease

We arrived at 5pm and had to wait to be greeted by the one front desk attendant. Then we got checked in with ease. We went up to our room with our keys just to find out we had been given keys to a room which was already occupied. There was trash and towels everywhere. We went downstairs to get a new room and had to wait a lot longer for the attendant to come back this time. When she finally did come back we were met with concern from the attendant, but she seemed to not fully believe us. She gave us a new room, but was not offering any way to make up for the mix up. We were not pleased with our experience.

Bed was very uncomfortable, it was broken and unlevel. On the weekend breakfast is from 7-10am. I arrived at 9:00 each morning and there never was bacon or sausage, and the waffle maker wasn’t working right.

Great hotel. Nice breakfast. Also safe and central location with lots of restaurants nearby. The TV was not a smart TV which is obsolete these days. Customer friendly staff.

Room was not clean. Left over garbage from previous customer. Air conditioning not working properly in room. Shower leaking. One of the worst Hampton inns I have ever encountered.

Upon arriving I was greeted with a big smile and hello from Mika, I believe was her name. We conversed briefly as she made checking in welcoming, 10 stars for front desk staff she and the next morning Trae or Tae. I would like to have given the facility 10stars but I rated them at a 8.5. Someone who is a bit of OCD and has issues with hair being in a hotel room is a big deal for me. The beds were soft, comfortable clean and room neat. The bathroom shower, floor and a few towels had hair in them which turned my stomach. We had to get clean towels. But, other than that my stay was perfect and whenever I’m back in the area, this will definitely be my choice to stay.

Very disappointed to find out we had to request our room to be cleaned and have trash thrown. We had a pile of trash, dirty towels and had to ask for new towels. I would think at any hotel, rooms should be freshened up every day. Towels should be restocked daily. Ran out of kleenex and had to ask for toilet paper as well. Coffee was not ready at breakfast time we had to wait until the end of breakfast for coffee.

This Hampton Inn is one of the best Hamptons i stayed at.
The place is clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and there is ample parking for your cars.
It is a little tricky to get to but other than that it is a nice place to stay.

I checked in later in the evening around 10pm and the front desk worker was sitting on the table in the back not waiting on me...took him about 2 minutes to even acknowledge me and then he asked my name and that was it. He did not engage in any conversation and just clicked away on his computer and handed me the keys and went back to sitting on top of the desk in the back. He seemed very put out he even had to wait on someone at the front desk.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
