We had an initial problem of the reception desk being closed and no answer on the phone number provided. We eventually got through to someone by email but we were worried that we would have to find somewhere else to stay! Once we finally got our key our room was absolutely wonderful. Big doors opening onto the beach and sea and what a view! The room was super clean, well stocked with toiletries and we adored the record player and records left for us. We had a brilliant few days here and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Awesome location and hotel.

We booked a short stay - 2 nights. Requested a ground-level room so we could bring our bikes inside when not in use. Our request was granted without any issues. Our room was adorable - fresh and bright with an ocean view. The room included a turntable and vinyl LPs featuring beach music - a special touch/surprise. There was room to store everything, including space to put 2 adult bicycles without them getting in the way as we navigated the room. The bathroom is tiny but has all the essentials and is very clean, with a small window (frosted glass) to provide natural light. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the roof top patio - it was furnished nicely and ready for summer visitors! Location is fantastic - off the beaten path so not cluttered with traffic and crowds, but a short ride to Main Street for restaurants, shops, ferry to the islands, and the Shining Sea bike trail. We haven't stayed in a motel in years, but this is a fresh, new approach to motels and we were delighted with it.

Excellent choice for family trip. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean, remodeled, spacious and comfortable bed. Steps away from beach out the sliding doors of room. Amazing view and relaxing. Recommend also eating at Flying Bridge!

A great set up for our first get away with the dog. We had a waterfront first floor so easy access and great view. Seth gave us some great recommendations for an enjoyable weekend.

I never write reviews on places I stay but this place stood out so much to me!! This place is amazing! The view was so amazing and the patio on the roof was a perfect place for a sunset! A lot of reviews talk about the walls being thin and they definitely are also the showers are a little small but the view makes up for everything!

I’m in love with this hotel! I’m 100% staying there more. I woke up to the sound of the waves it was incredible !

The hotel view was amazing! Very clean and relaxing place. Very much a great place for a quick getaway.
