Staff were very friendly, our room was clean and well laid out. Love the built in luggage shelf and the dispensers with toiletries instead of wasteful mini bottles and throw away soap bars.

Arrived late at night and front desk clerk was very nice and helpful! Hotel was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast options were great!

Great location, minutes from I10. There is a Starbucks about a block away and university village about 3 blocks away that has 5 or 6 restaurants. The hotel is fairly new so the beds are comfy and come with 2 types of pillows. The tv is small but has a good variety of channels including 6 commercial free movie channels. The free breakfast is pretty good. Enjoyed the biscuits and gravy with sausage patties. My wife liked the warm cinnamon rolls. They also have yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon you can add. In the evening they have a hot chocolate station with lots of add ons. The hot tub was lovely and I had it to myself each day. We would definitely stay here again.

New and very clean hotel. Easily accessible and shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, we got stuck on the first floor with a room with a window next to a concrete wall. Not sure about this design, I asked for an alternate but told me all rooms were booked. Try not to get those rooms on the first floor that are labeled accessible. Makes me think why people with disabilities don't deserve a room with some kind of view.

Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and equipped with both, soft and hard pillow.

I was so pleased with the hotel, very clean, good breakfast, comfy amenities and not sure if it's just a holiday thing but my daughter was delighted by the hot chocolate bar they had at night
