My husband and I spent a long weekend in Gatlinburg. We do not get away by ourselves very often so it’s always exciting when we do. I always pray the lodging will meet our expectations. The unit was very nice for the most part. All the rooms were very nicely decorated. When we walked in the front door you are hit with a terribly overbearing musty like odor. Honestly that was tough one for me because I am so sensitive to that kind of thing. Then the kitchen was not clean at all! The stove top looked like it had not been wiped off, crumbs on the counter and the refrigerator had crumbs and stuff in it. Then I don’t know if they just forgot to sweep the stairs or what, but they were very dirty. The rug in the bathroom upstairs was so filthy it was almost black. One last thing… the TV on the main floor would not work. I did contact the host he told me to unplug from the wall and wait 60 seconds. Unfortunately it did not work. The host did response quickly when I contacted him.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean, and had everything we needed for the time of our stay. Justin did a wonderful job communicating with us about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. The condo was so nice! The kids loved the pool and it was nice and quite. We were about a 2 minute drive to downtown gatlinburg so it was a perfect spot for us! We loved sitting on ur balcony at night and listening to the creek. It was so peaceful! We will for sure be back!!

This was our first time using VRBO and based on this experience it will not be the last. The rooms were very spacious allowing ample room for everyone. There was a beautiful view from the balcony and the sound of the river made it a pleasure to sit outside to start and end the day. The location provided us with easy access to the city and mountains. Checking in and out was easy. Only problem was parking, only one slot with no place to park a second car.

Everything was great except floor needed a better cleaning. Spilled a little water downstairs by the kitchen and when I wiped it up with a paper towel, the towel turned black. Looks like floor needs a thorough mopping/deep cleaning.

The location was great just a quick drive to downtown., condo was clean and perfect for our weekend get away. The master bed was very comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Place was in excellent shape. Looked and smelled clean. I travelled with picky seniors and they had no complaints:).

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here while exploring the Smokies. Super clean and cozy. Gatlinburg was extremely crowded, so it was nice to have a peaceful retreat away from the chaos but still close to many amenities and the NP entrance!

The condo had everything we needed for the weekend, and it was very clean. The location was close to the soccer tournament we were attending and to downtown Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay there again.

Mountain Magnolia was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a soccer tourney. The space was definitely more room than a hotel and less pricey. Great location and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the magnolia cabin. Perfect location to be far enough away from downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to walk (15mins) or catch the trolley. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Smokey Mountains.

We did a 3 day hiking trip to the Smokies and this was a great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, good location. Since we were planning on cooking our own meals, it was great to find a nice, clean kitchen, with everything we needed. The fridge and the dishwasher also worked perfectly. Good Wifi and a lot of quaint details that show the good care that Justin puts into wanting you to have a good experience. He was very willing to help, available and kind. Great host!
