Place was everything it was advertised. The property managers were easy to communicate with as well as very helpful.

We have stayed in many different beach condos on the east coast, and this one has been our favorite. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The condo itself was well stocked, and very comfy to relax in. Even though it was the 2nd floor, the view was awesome and very private. The owners were very welcoming and kind. Thanks for a great trip!

Arrived to find everything just as pictured and listed. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen witch made breakfast and lunch a breeze. My wife was thrilled to find a crockpot witch I don’t believe was listed. The pool was kept very clean. The pool was nice to have indoors to get out of the sun for a bit and if rain was present. The walkway to the beach was kept clean and all showers and sprayers worked well. Only complaint was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but pretty tight for those us with trucks or larger SUVs. Would 100% stay again. We had a wonderful time.

Our family had a great time here! It was clean, had everything you need to cook and the hosts were fantastic. They answered any question you had and did so in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

It's the Caribbean without traveling there. Beautiful well kept property. Kitchen is fully stocked and functional. Porch is functional for dining and relaxing throughout all times of the day. Beautiful ocean view for dolphin watching. Ocean water was warm for swimming.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Super clean, comfy beds, great location! Owners very friendly and attentive. Attention to detail is very apparent in this condo. Little touches and very nice decor. We would definitely recommend to family and friends!

From booking to checking out it was flawless. The owners thought of everything. All instructions were crystal clear in the packet we were sent the week before. The condo was spotless and the beach area was perfect. All text questions were answered promptly. Kim and Joe anticipated our every need right down to started toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap, and shower amemities. We felt like we were dealing with long time friends. One of our best VRBO experiences and we’ve had quite a few.

This beautiful condo was very clean, well stocked, decorated very nice and super comfortable. The owners were so kind and answered questions immediately. Loved the keyless entry. It’s located close so close to our favorite restaurants. Highly recommend.

The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The second floor beach view was amazing. The location was extremely convenient and close to many restaurants and shops. The owners were wonderful to communicate with. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed this property for our babymoon!

Cute little place right on the beach and close to a bunch of things to do. Only 25 minutes from the airport if you happen to fly in.

The location of the condo was perfect! The condo was nice and tidy. Very clean. Perfect view! We asked the owners if we could have a Keurig in the condo on arrival and they delivered. The owners are more then willing to go that extra mile to get anything you need. The condo was equipped with everything you need for that trip to the beach. Just 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Only about 5 minutes (literally) to Barefoot Landing. Close to some nice restaurants. Perfect area to get you a little run in on your vacation if you wanted to. 10/10 would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The owners Jim and Lore were great to work with as are the new owners Joe and Kim. They responded quickly and were available for any questions we had. The place was beautifully decorated, perfect for a beach condo and was well stocked with everything we needed. View was fantastic. Will definetly stay here next year!

This condo was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in!! Pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is simply beautiful, well maintained and very clean I might add. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The view of the ocean was outstanding and the walk to the beach took literally a minute or two. Lore and Jim were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!! 🙂 Me and my husband plan to return next year.

Overall Stay
Outstanding and an amazing stay. We had the best time. Peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable. Only negative issue would be that the wifi box would connect but not provide internet access, possibly an issue with modem/hub connection. Also we did see a dead cockroach in the kitchen but it was dead. There were several on the balcony. Overall very pleased with stay. Thank you so much.

We were definitely NOT disappointed with this condo!!! It is beautiful! The ocean views are constant throughout! VERY clean, everything you could need is provided! We were blessed to meet the owners and they are such kind, pleasant people and helpful the entire stay!!! Very easy access straight to the beautiful beach!! We had 2 children with us and there was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch and listen to the ocean and feel the breeze!! There isn't anything negative I could say about this condo!! Everything was marvelous!!!! Thank you!!!!

This condo is very neat and very clean. It is also beautifully decorated with cheerful beach decor. We experienced great ocean views with terrific sunrises and sunsets. The beach is perfect for long walks. It has a very clean and fairly well equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Having a washer and drier is a a real plus. The owners were very accommodating and invested in seeking to meet our vacation expectations for our month long stay. The owners attention to detail is much appreciated.

Jim and Lore are terrific hosts who care about their guests! Their well-appointed oceanfront condo with its beachy feel was cozy and a joy to stay in. Located in a clean, well-maintained resort, it provides ocean and sunrise views with easy access to business Route17. This is a definite rental for anyone wanting to visit the North Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful condo
Excellent location, bright and cheerful condo that is well cared for and full of lots of extras that you may have forgotten to bring with you. Owners got the place ready before check-in time and called to tell us we could get in early if we wished. Keyless entry was super convenient. Great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful!
We had an amazing time for our first visit to South Carolina. The property was exceptionally cleaned and the interior was designed beautifully. Lore and Jim had everything we needed! Any questions we had they were answered immediately. Thank you so much!

The pictures do not do this home justice! I don’t want to use the term condo because it felt like so much more. Everything and anything you need to get a vacation started off right is supplied by the owners. Right down to a first aid kit and spices in the drawer. You just supply the food and restock what you need. My husband loves to cook and for him to be impressed with the cookware is something to be proud of. Our son had a minor accident and the owners were more concerned with his wellbeing over the possible damage that resulted. James & Lore were very accessible when it came to answer our questions. They even suggested a wonder Local place to eat! Definitely can not wait until our next vacation and this amazing place at the beach!
