Wonderful, modern, clean-cut Apartment with plenty of lighting & “home” feeling. Comfy beds…and central location. Extremely clean with no shoe policy! Tastefully decorated. Owner was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, Easy in/out. The appliances/furnishings/TVs were better than expected. The beds/linens were very comfortable.

This place was perfect for the 4 of us. Loved the cute balcony and it was only a short walk to several different kinds of yummy food!

The description is true and the photos match the listing! The place was amazing!! My little sister and I stayed here and she was so amazed. She says I usually find us sketchy places to stay at when we are traveling, but she just loved this place! The apartment was VERY clean (thank you for having the no shoes inside rule)! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you would need to cook (we didn't, but I'm glad you had a kettle to make tea)! There is even a Brita for filtered water and a Kerig for coffee - and there were pods and tea bags as well!! Mark has a wonderful property and we are planning to stay here in the future if we visit again. The location is very nice and quiet. Not too far from the mall (30 -45 mins w/o toll drive ), H Mart/King Spa (10 mins drive), SUPER close to Northwestern U (13-15 minutes drive) and super close to a Target (like two blocks down)! Parking space was very nice to have, as the street was mostly full most of the time. Thank you for keep such an amazing property. As two young female, we felt pretty safe in this neighborhood and property.

We had a great stay here! I can’t say one thing negative about it. The condo was clean, comfortable, had nice amenities. The location was great. Mark was a good host. Lastly, you can’t beat the price for the value!

Property description was spot on. Sponsor was very helpful with communication not only about the property but any questions we had about activities to do in Chicago. We loved the location as it was close to the "L" train or bus line. This is a great way to get around the city. Apartment was cleaned when we arrived and had all the amenities you need. Thanks to the sponsor for a wonderful place to stay and if we are ever back this way, we would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.
