only pop up toaster, need other simple toaster, not big deal but it helps away from home. need exhaust fans in washrooms, house keeping ladies should be informed after person check out.

The room was nicely furnished and absolutely spotless. Easy to sleep at night with dark shades on the window and extreme quietness. Breakfast was awesome and the dining area was way above average. All the staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. This was our third stay at this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

Just one tiny thing: The cheapy see-thru toilet tissue has to go. A nice hotel at this price should be spending a few cents more per roll on some decent toilet paper.

we weren’t told til we got to the hotel that the pool was gonna be closed down 3 of the 4 days we were staying and we had planned this trip with this hotel due to the hotel having a pool so we were disappointed that it was closed and we were never notified beforehand.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have enjoyed it. Great location, nice hotel, usually friendly staff.

I was very disappointed the last stay. I booked a king suite (same type of room I normally book). Although I booked and paid for the same king suite, they gave me a much smaller room at check in. When I realized they made a mistake after going into the room, I went to the front desk and said it was Booking.com fault for “false advertising” on their website and rudely said I’d have to pay more for the other room. I also showed them my booking confirmation and how they gave me the wrong room. I contacted Booking.com and they said it was up to the property to make it right. I was very disappointed in both the hotel and Booking (they did give me a $20 wallet credit) but neither made it right. very disappointed

Danielle is a lier and she lied and said her name was Jasmine and her co worker that’s was on staff with her on the 28th she had a pink jacket on was super rude and Tracey showed a lot racism I feel very uncomfortable there and also John treated my kids like they was a nobody made them stand out side and ask them can they read like I have never experienced anything like this before

Room and property was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Loved the room, breakfast and the pool. Loved the available coffee and cleanliness. A real pleasure to stay there. Would definitely stay there again!

The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable.
