At first the air conditioning wasn’t working, but the staff was able to repair it for the second night. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The facility is also beautiful!
Mattress was a bit hard.

We really enjoyed staying in this Riad. The service from the host was excellant and he organised a taxi to pick is up from the train station. We were met where the taxi driver dropped us off and escorted to the hotel - no stress at all. The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a nice quiet street. Our room was a good size, clean and beds really comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for showers and WiFi worked well in the room. From the hotel , it was only a short work into the Medina.
The only issue we had was with the taxis they organised - both were about 30 minutes late so I would tell the hotel you need a prompt driver. We had a flight early in the morning and were a bit worried that we were going to miss it.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. Our huge room was beautifully decorated with Moroccan carpets and furniture beneath double-height ceilings. The service from Mustafa and Abou was exceptional, as was the breakfast served in the bright and airy courtyard. The riad is on a quiet alleyway in close walking distance to the main market, away from other tourist accommodations. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
I wish we had keys to the front doors to get in without ringing the bell.

First of all, the staff is the most welcoming one I have ever met, with a person helping you from the transfer parking to the Riad and then to the Medina. One other person helped us solving an issue with a local guide that couldn’t find us for the tour that morning, translating for us via phone call. The room was clean and big, and it was cleaned in the morning during our stay. Toiletterie was present and shampoo/shower gel too. Breakfasts and dinners were exceptionally good and dinners also particularly abundant.

We’ve spent 5 nights and 6 days in the riad, when we arrived at the airport we got in contact with Abdo and he came to pick us up at the airport, he also managed the transport to the airport when we had to go back. When we arrived at the riad we were in shock with the beauty of the riad, it is very nice and well decorated and also very clean. We got the opportunity to sleep in a bigger room the first night and then moved to our room for the rest of the night. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was really comfortable, they changed the towels and the bed everyday. The breakfast was AMAZING! We’re actually missing the amazing breakfast we had everyday at the riad. The location is perfect as it is close to everything and in a very peaceful area. Very big thanks to Abdo, Sahid and Mustafá, they’re really nice and friendly we actually had dinner with them one night after festing and the food was amazing, we really felt like home every single day we’ve spent at the riad!! They always had a big smile on their face and were also very friendly. Can’t wait to be back!!!
Everything was perfect:)

They made us a lovely takeaway breakfast
The scary step ladder to go into high shower is made of plywood and thin felt; it was broken. A risk especially for the elderly or anybody . Best management replace with a step ladder in solid wood.
There were 2 beds. One really a cot for a child so one of us got poor sleep.

Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Abdo is a great and friendly host. He had us helping with our booking in Merzouga and so far it has been amazing.
Place is also located right next to the Medina. Highly recommend to go.

Excellent service - all employees are friendly and competent. Abdul even helped us to book bus tickets to Chefchaouen.
Great breakfast with fresh orange juice and crêpes
Perfect location, the riad is just a few minutes away from the old Medina

Very friendly staff, Beautiful Riad nicely decorated (loved the orange flower incense!), comfy rooms...
The staff was very flexible and always ready to help and to adapt to our needs. We felt like home, with friends! I can even say this stay was the best part of our trip to Morocco. And the Breakfast was AWESOME! Thank you so much! And especially to Abiden.
The Riad was a bit difficult to find, but the staff came to find us and guide us to the Riad so there was no problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Jeanne, it’s a stunning property. Our room was very clean and beautiful, the beds came with lots of soft and cosy blankets which was helpful as it rained the day we came (in February). Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly, they answered any questions we had and responded promptly if we needed help. They helped us find our way around the medina. Beautiful riad stay, would highly recommend.
The location was difficult to find, but the staff are really helpful at helping you find your way.

Wonderful staff and beautiful riad at the perfect location. Staff was super friendly with great communication. We had an early flight and they woke up just for us to make us breakfast (this is not typical in Morocco!!!)
Thank you guys!

The Riad was really great and in a good position close to the center. One of the best Breakfast of Morocco. The stuff was nice and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Abdul came to pick us up where the taxi dropped us off. I was with crutches so they helped us with the luggage and gave us a bigger room on the ground floor so I would not need to use the stairs. After the breakfast, Abdul helped us to find a taxi to get to the train station. Thank you!

It was one of the best experiences I've had during my one-year travel. Really convenient room, with really nice and friendly people around. Really good marocain dinner and breakfast. If you must choose between a hotel and this guest house. Choose that. You won't regret it.
Honestly, anything it was really good experience.

I came to Fes having no accommodation & plans and found that place right in the medina. Located just by the main street, great price and high level of all essential facilities: spacious, clean room with an air conditioner, private bathroom, lovely terrace on top of the roof, delicious breakfast and very friendly host.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Abdul met us on foot late at night in the Medina when we got turned around, despite the fact that we hadn’t set anything up ahead of time. He also helped to arrange us an affordable ride the morning of our departure, and his team got up early to make us breakfast before we left. Once we were shown where to go, the riad was quite easy to find. It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Such a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

It was one of the greatest places we stayed during our trip through Morocco. Very kind and nice people who are running the place.
The riad is very beautifull inside and you have direct access to the medina of Fes through some seperate exit.
If you stay there we can only highly recommend to eat dinner in the riad once. It was one of the best we got.

Riad Jeanne is truly a wonderful place. They organized an airport transfer for us which droped us off next to the Medina and Abdoul took us from there to the Riad. The breakfast was nice aswell with coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, eggs, bread, pancakes, ... and always a smile from the great staff. They showed us the way to Bab Boujloud without asking and, while enjoing our evening in the Riad, brought us a complimentary Tajine followed by a wonderful plate of fruits! It was a pleasure and we really can recommend to stay at Riad Jeanne when you are in Fes!
Note: The location of the riad is wrong in both Google Maps and booking.com. Just contact the riad via Whatsapp they respond fast and can send you the exact location..

Breakfast was very good, one of the best we have had.
Good location
Comfortable beds
Bathroom was dangerous because of an unstable staircase to get into the shower.
No obscuring curtains, just light see-through white ones so at night the room is very bright because of the streetlight outside that shines in.

Everyone at the Riad was very nice. The room was clean and confortable, the breakfast good, full of morrocan treats, one of the nights we had dinner and shisha at the Riad terrace and was really nice. We had a problem with a tour guide and the Riad (Abdoul) was absolutly amazing attending the issue. We recommend for sure.

Perfect positon to explore the Medina. The host, Abdul, was amazing in all aspects, helping us to organize our journey. And more, all the staff was stellar, always with smile and great attitude. Breakfast and meals in general were also great.
