We booked this for a Cotton Bowl trip. The communication was amazing. Home was spotless. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Much bigger than we expected. The games were a super fun addition. Highly recommend.

Location of the home was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and made every thing super simple- from check in to check out.

Myself and a few friends stayed on this property for a bible retreat and we had a blast! It was spacious and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was really nice as well and we took many walks. They had games, cooking supplies, snacks on arrival and more! I would definitely love to book again!

This property was perfectly located for us, as we have family in both Prosper and Dallas proper. It was spacious, the pool was great and host provided us with coffee, tea, water and snacks! That was great. I wanted to leave a 5 star review, but ultimately felt I could not. Here are the reasons: 1) The majority of the house was clean, however the shower surround in the primary bedroom is either moldy or has some issues with the grout. It appeared very dirty, so much so that I didn't want to shower in there. 2) The pictures advertise a shuffle board table and a pool table. Both of these things were technically present however the pool table had a broken side piece (so the balls don't bounce correctly) and none of the pool cues had tips on them. It wasn't really a usable table. I don't play shuffleboard enough to know what was wrong with the board, but my husband said that the finish was incorrect causing the board to be unplayable. 3) My mother-in-law left some items in the dresser and contacted the owner to see if she could arrange a way to get them back. After an initial phone conversation the owner has since ghosted her.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and house. Everything was well kept and even a nice touch to stock a few snacks and essentials.

The home was very clean and had plenty to offer. Had many amenities for fun and convenience. Great space for a family to stay and enjoy!

This place was just perfect. Lots of open space. Plenty of rooms. Pool was nice. Loved the decor. Great communication.

The house was very welcoming! There was enough space for everyone! The host was very responsive and answered all of the questions that we had. The pool could have been a bit cleaner but other than that I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I would stay there again! Thanks for everything Jessica!
