Bright rooms with ocean view. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive. Breakfast (choice between Western and Japanese style) was served to one's room at one's time of choice, which I found quite convenient. The hotel is situated next to a shopping and outlet mall with restaurants and a food court, and there are direct bus connections to Tenjin and Hakata.

WiFi was pretty slow at times. For guests who want to focus on sightseeing and nightlife, the hotel may be a bit remote.

This hotel connects with the outlet provides great convenience, and the beautiful sea view from the room allows us to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. The staffs are very nice to offer helps whenever we need.

The room is huge and has a balcony overlooking a private pier. the location is also meant for shopaholic as it is connected to marinoa city shopping.

The first night is a bit hot but the air conditioner did not have the air flow/ cooling function due to centralised system setting.

I was extremely impressed with the way we were treated by the staff. As soon as we arrived they pulled out my chair and got me a beverage at checkin. We speak English and extremely limited Japanese, and they were able to have someone assist us. The manners alone would be the reason I would come back.

The only thing I would say is the loft room is not easy to move around in, as the ceiling is extremely low.

The view was amazing. Also 10 min drive within the hawks stadium. Shopping right outside the front door.

it is excellent but the toilet needs some work as the noice from the toilet spread all over the apartment.

location is gorgeous as it is located right on the sea beach. it is not far from the main attraction of the Fukuoka Tower.

The property is well located in fukuoka. Specially in marinoa shopping outlet and other malls & tourist spots. The room is huge, good for 2 adults and can fit up-to 5. Bathroom is really nice and the veranda is perfectly facing in the marina where you can have coffee in the morning and have a glass of wine in the evening with the view of fuk’s city lights as well. parking is also free of charge so you can go in and out! Overall it’s a really beautiful hotel! The staffs are so polite, thoughtful and very accommodating. Me & my husband celebrated our anniversary here and they gave us wine. They also greeted us many times and make sure they met all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and perfect. They try very hard despite of our language barrier. Im so glad we stayed here!
