Awesome apartment just few minutes from the city centre.

It was a very nice stay I had with my partner. The house was clean and had all the stuff that we would need including washing machine, laundry, fridge and main stuff for cooking. The bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony was really marvelous. The transportation to the city center was the bus.

Great location a bit away from city center however has great view and silent environment. Customer hapiness is more important than money so this is one of the most important think when you are on vacay. Thanks to owner. Traveled with my 2 dogs so it was welcoming and had no problem. Really comfortable apartment with anything you need in kitchen also however we didnt use any. If you stay there please be careful about lovely environment and dont feed wild animals like boars and keep it clean, collect garbage. This area is really important one for all region.

Double bed is made of two single seperate beds. Kinda uncomfortable however still not a big deal as most of the time you will be spending time outside. Nothing else eveything was ideal.

Beautiful views, lovely apartment. Very friendly host. Quiet and relaxing location but not too far from the beaches and Kaş town.

The owner was so friendly and the apartment was very clean. The facilities were complete and Sea view was amazing. I recomend this property for your stay in the vacations.

The apartment was clean and warm, which mattered because outside it was freezing at night! The views are great, and the owner Huseyn was good at communicating and helpful with advice. I enjoyed walking up and down the hill to the centre of Kas, which is about 6 or 7 minutes walk away. Some people might find it too far or too steep.

It is in an area of suburbia, with some construction going on. It is not a beautiful area, except the views over the bay, which are great.

It's pretty easy to find. Huge windows, amazing view. Kitchenware is enough for long stay cooking. Owner offered us to use outside grill. Apartment is clean, floor was washed right before our arrival. Kitchen/guestroom is huge and comfortable. We stayed there in winter time and outside temperature was 5-7 °C at night, nevertheless it was warm inside. Big boiler for the hot water, enough for two people and cooking. Washing machine and all nessesary loundry stuff available. Dishwasher. Wi-Fi internet. The apartments owner very polite, honest and easy. Pictures in Booking 100% real, so what you see that what you get.

Balcony view was spectacular. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Host was responsive and gave us good tips.

Shower water was cold. Need a car to get by as it’s hilly and little far by foot from main city attractions.

Obviously the view from the terrace is great! Also the feeling of nature and silence in the evening was a plus for me. Lots of space, all the things you need in the kitchen are present. Huge bed in master bedroom. It is very close to the center of the city but you will need a car to stay here. We loved it.

The lock in the bathroom was not working. Wild pigs running around there in the bushes during the night. I was told they are not dangerous but I was still a bit scared.

Almost everything is cool. Amazing view from balcony, good equipment in apartment. Owner is very hospital.

Soundproofing isn't very good - sometimes it is was hard to sleep due activity of another people(taking shower, for example). It is unclear from description that apartment duplex. Second floor have shorter doorway. WiFi didn't work stable - sometimes it hangs during video meetings.

Everything was perfect. We like this facility and definitely will recommend to stay for families and couples. View from the balcony is amazing.

This is the best place to stay in the town. The house has a magnificent view from the terrace. It’s a calm part of the town, always fresh air, forest around and see breeze. Apartment are beautifully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen, clean and fresh. Beds are very comfortable, towels and bed linens are new. There’s a garden with flowers and trees. The best owner I have ever met! He gave us excellent advices about beaches and restaurants, market and sea trips. We arrived very late, hungry and tired. The owner did his best for us to feel comfortable as at home. We are really grateful for everything. We will sure come to this place again.

There is no anything we don’t like.

The view from the window is brilliant. Like the view from any point of the hill where this hotel is located. By the way, you have this view due to the height of the hill (approximately 400m), so if you don't have a car you will have a good hiking tour, which is very good for you to lose weight walking in the sun. Moreover, the hotel is surrounded by the living environment, so in the night you can see some wilds hogs coming to the hotel wals to greet the guests. Also if you are determinated astronomer you will find this hotel perfect, because in the night you can witness a glowing starry sky from the balcony.Вид на море ,кабанчики,пляж с холодным течением (после ходьбы в жару в гору самое то!)

Again bout the hill. To get to the hotel you should drive the serpentine at an angle of 50%! So you should be a well trained and cold-blooded driver. Also, in the bottom of the hill you can find one small beach with cold water. It seems to us that the host is host didn't care about us. He was sure that everything is perfect and everything is working (the pity that the drain in the toilet didn't fit this characteristic. It dind't work from time to time so we had to deal with smell and inability to get rid of the waste). There is no conditioner in one of the bedrooms. It was unreal to sleep there after a sunny day! But in the living room the conditioner blows right in your face, beware of the cold and cough!

The apartment matches the description when booking. During the 11 days of our stay, we did not experience any inconvenience. The location of the apartments is ideal for tourists with a car, but you can also walk to the beach, shop, city center. The apartments were cleaned every three days. I express my great respect to the owner. He is completely open and responsive. The view from the terrace will impress even the most picky guest. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine in the company of your loved one is wonderful. Thanks again to Huseyin.

Best place in Kaş, and if you own a pet, It's even better. Beautiful view, clean comfy flat, 10 min walk to center, a relaxing fresh walk with amazing sea views. And Huseyin, the owner is always there for your any need. Perfect.

Amazing location. Magnificent view. Literally next to sea shore. It takes only 5 minutes to the beach by car and 20 by walking.
