Great house and great vacation! Would happily come back again!

Beautiful updated main and carriage house with beautiful kitchen also updated with top-notch appliances and ginormous refrigerator and freezer. Owner extremely responsive and accommodating.

This house can simply not be put into enough words. It was absolutely amazing! It was perfect in every way. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could ever want and need! I wish u could make a replica and rebuild my own kitchen to match it. The bedrooms were peaceful serene with the most luxurious bedding that I have ever slept on. We all had the best nights sleep every single night. All of the bathrooms are modern and upgraded with the greatest shower heads ever! The pool was just right! We spent most evenings lounging around pool after a day at the beach. Perfect temperature and just the right size. The cottage out back gave just the right amount of privacy if needed and was very much appreciated! I can’t leave out the biggest surprise and the most used square footage of the entire place…. The deck out back that sits steps from the beach. This deck is everything you could ever want. We saw sunrise, sunset and dolphins every single day! It is way bigger than the picture shows. We gathered around the fire pit and told stories and laughed every single night. I’m sure I left out some more amazing things but I have hit the space limit. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS HOUSE!!!! PERFECT IN EVERY WAy!!!!!!

Beautiful home right on the beach. Beach chairs were brought out and put away for us every day. VERY comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

This house has spectacular beach views. The kitchen was especially nice for Thanksgiving cooking. Our family enjoyed our time relaxing and walking on the beach. The porch is large and welcoming. Almost all the bedrooms have king beds, which was nice for our group of young adults and older adults. The bunk room even had 4 full size beds. The early checkout and extensive list of what needed to be completed was a bit stressful to get our group of 14 out the door and completed by 9am. Bring laundry detergent to wash the towels as required for check out.

It was just 1st rate Close to shopping, eateries, grocery, GOLF and steps from that beautiful water/beach And the heated pool, I was there in Nov.. PERFECT..

I don’t think words can describe how wonderful our stay was at Coastal Cabana! I brought my three grown children and their families for a week of fun and this property did not disappoint. There were seven adults and ten children ranging in age from 17 months to age 10. The property was spacious, well stocked, clean, and a nice floor plan. Views from the property were phenomenal, and we were only a few steps from the beach. Because the property sits among smaller beach homes, instead of high-rises, you will find that your beach area is not crowded and somewhat private at times. For those with young children and concerns about the pool area, this pool was totally enclosed by a fence. Our group was in complete agreement that there was not one thing that we would have changed about Coastal Cabana!!

A lovely all around vacation at the beach experience. The private pool was a real bonus along with direct beach access from the deck to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We can’t wait to go again!!

We have been renting houses here in Florida since 2013 and this is the first time that we rent a house with so many demands. I understand some of the things that are required because there are some inconsiderate people…But let’s start with the things we loved about this house… the ice machine, the refrigerator, the counter space, the balcony, and the pool area. Things we absolutely disliked… 1. The rules.. too many rules (we know how to keep a house clean) 2. The hot water kept going out (my husband only showered with hot water on the first night and then it went down hill from there) we sent them a message and asked them to check it out? The maintenance person Preston sent me a message oh we get this all the time… just give it some time open 2-3 the hot water faucets and it will get it going. I explained I had tried that he didn’t message me anymore. So the next day I sent another message he asked me to go outside to check a box under the deck.. (the husbands had gone fishing) so I went not knowing what I was looking for. So I sent him a message stating I have no clue I was looking for. He told me to go under the deck and there should be a box and for me to check if the light was green. I told him it wasn’t… He stated someone would come in the next 10 min in which they did and it was the breaker box. When the person came over to fix that he noticed we had moved the grill and one of the tables in the balcony because we were grilling out and it started raining. He messaged me and said to make sure we move the grill back before we leave in which I assured him we would. We always leave the house they way we got it no matter how much we pay in cleaning fee but for people to pay the $600 something in cleaning fee there is a list of things you have to do. 3. The roaches we probably saw maybe 4-5 roaches especially at night. 4. The king suite door doesn’t lock so we had no privacy also the bed felt like it was going to fall at any moment. 5. The rooms on the bottom floor would get hot and humid. On Friday night Bob sends me a message regarding check out in the morning and the expectations on the list of things we had to do before we leave and another message regarding the grill in which I told him that everything would be in its place before we left. Like I said we leave the house how we got it, never had we rented a house with these many list of demands.

After more than 20 years of family vacations, we can all say this was the most beautiful setting, spacious & well supplied quality home, and great comunication with the owner..we will be back!!

This property was wonderful! Check in was easy and we had room for our 4 cars with room to spare. We had 16 people with 2 more that came for dinner a couple of times. Most rooms had a small dresser, unit or closet that things could be hung in but we bought more hangers (Not because none were provided, we simply didn't have enough) Each couple had a room and our young adults had the bunk room in both the main house(4) and back cottage(2). If you had more couples than rooms that might be a challenge, for privacy and space reasons. The entire house space was utilized really well for what there was, but storage was limited, especially in the main house bunk room, so living out of suitcases put in the main hall was necessary. They did an amazing job of providing comfortable rooms and storage within those spaces provided. The living room/couch were on the smaller side with only one chair and bench on either side of the couch, different from the posted pictures. The bathrooms were numerous. The open floor plan with the kitchen/dining and huge outdoor porch with seating, gave everyone an additional place to eat or be during meal prep without feeling cramped. The deck furniture was great and not what's pictured either. The kitchen was well organized and had more than enough kitchenware and space for groceries. There was a counter over the wine fridge and built in ice maker that we used as our bar which freed up counter space for food prep and serving. There were two dishwashers that we ran daily but they've been worked hard and we had to run loads again, a number of times to get the dishes clean! The back porch was so peaceful and a great place to start and finish each day. The home's location on the beach was ideal and simply beautiful. The hose at the stairs was a nice touch for keeping sand outdoors. We enjoyed the hardwood floors throughout the house with a rug in each room for easy cleaning. It was hard to be out at 9am for checkout and although we had an early flight, 10 am would have been a more reasonable time. We had a great stay and we would totally stay here again.

Our family stayed for a week to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. The house was perfect. The beach was wonderful. Winn-Dixie was very close/walking distance to pick up groceries and other things we needed. We loved the large deck overlooking the Gulf. The view couldn’t be beat! Plenty of seating outside. Easy walk to the chairs on the beach each day. Definitely loved our stay in this beautiful home.

Everything about this trip was excellent. Location is on a section of the beach that is not overly crowded. The house is well laid out and comfortable. Whole Foods is a few miles away are are a multitude of restaurants. Would definitely book again!

This home was such a delight in every way, so beautifully designed and well appointed- well stocked with many amenities in the kitchen and the most beautiful location too! The appliances in the kitchen were a big perk as our family loves to cook together…two dishwashers made cleanup a breeze and the large fridge/freezer was also great for a large group! Unlimited shopping and activities in the area, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, so relaxing! Also the property owner Bob was so helpful and kind, and made the entire process easy and straightforward. Thanks for a great stay at your lovely home!

I’ll start by saying this house is perfect and I’d stay here again. The location is better than perfect. The pool is wonderful. So much space. Such great design, so much room to spread out. The kiddos loved the bunk room and the downstairs kid room. The patio furniture was upgraded since the last pictures were taken. The furniture, kitchen appliances were all too notch. And again…the location! You CANNOT beat it! Here were the issues: there were no garbage bag liners even though you are required to empty the trashes, no dishwashing soap even though you are required to clean and dry all the dishes, no sponges even though you are required to clean counters before check out and no extra rolls of TP!!! Just the one roll in each bathroom! Sad that they skimped on the little stuff when the big stuff was AMAZING! Like I said, I’d stay there again.

Well appointed homes that are roomy, comfortable and clean. The location is second to none and has its own private direct beach access. Restaurants and bars are very close and the location at night is quiet and relaxing.

Great house at an even better location. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and had room for more. All great sleeping rooms- and the guest house provided even more privacy. The best part was the (mostly) private beach just steps away from the house. Would definitely come again.

Not only was the house adorable and stunning inside, the walk out from the deck on to the beach is spectacular! The view was awesome and the beach was the best we’ve experienced in Florida. Anything we needed was a short walk across the sand back to the house. I woke up everyone morning to the sunrise on the beach and a cup of coffee. We will absolutely be back next year! One of a kind vacation because of this awesome property that accommodated for a large party of family and friends, plenty of space! The shopping outlet is literally down the street, and restaurants near by were great! I extremely recommend this place!

They property had a great ocean front view and room for everyone! The location was central to restaurants and activities.

The house was great for our needs. The kids loved the large bunk beds with built-in USB ports. bathrooms are modern but the water pressure was low. The kitchen had many USB ports so charging was easy. Large TVs in every room kept all ages happy. The couch and chairs in the living room could be recovered or cleaned and more dish towels (only 2 provided) and teaspoons would help a lot. Most of the spoons were soup size and way too big. There was also no small pot. One problem was that there was no 12-inch skillet. We could have used the built-in griddle on the stove, but I have found them messy to clean. The stove was wonderful with six burners and two ovens. We really enjoyed using it. There were plenty of beach chairs as well as toys that have probably been left for the beach and a tent canopy. An umbrella for the table on the deck would have been nice as it was really hot. The pool house was lovely and perfect for our children with no kids. It provided some privacy and quiet for them. We love the house and would rent it again however nothing is provided at the house such as salt and pepper, sugar or laundry detergent. This is the first house we have rented where nothing was left by previous renters. It could be because of this pandemic or corporate policy. But renters be aware you must bring everything that you want

We had such a fantastic stay. I've had other rentals that come with tons of stairs, but I loved that we had so much space and it wasn't a 3 story house. The views were incredible. We loved the huge deck. The beds were all comfy. Mgmt was super responsive and friendly. The pool is a good size. Not the tiny "dip" pool that so many rentals have. Everything about this was fantastic. We loved it!

Nice to have pool. Living area was small for our group (12). Place was not as clean as we hoped. Wish the towels were better quality and had a few more. Washer in guest house broke, sent message and no response.

Very clean home. Fantastic location right on the beach. Beautiful view of the gulf from the house and the deck. Comfortable beds, A/C and WiFi work great. Can walk to a lot of places. We’ll be back.

The house was immaculate, the location is amazing and so quiet even though it is so close to the intersection. Communication was excellent and quick. we really enjoyed the break and staying at the house. the cottage in the back of the house is great for another family or mother in law. Overall fabulous.

Gorgeous place with an amazing view. Very good management and the property was very well taken care of. Wonderful experience!!
