This property was actually as advertised. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and supplied everything you would need. The outdoor area was the best! Great pool and sitting areas. The pool and yard are enjoyable any time day or night. Great location and easy to get anywhere in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. The owners were extremely easy to work with and were very detail oriented. Loved the shopping, restaurant and things to do lists! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice property and accommodations. Enjoyed the location, not too far from the airport, quiet neighborhood, and close to trails, golf courses, and stores. I would recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house and amenities were so perfect it was a struggle to get the kids to leave the house to go explore Phoenix. That said, the house was exactly as described, if not better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pool and fruit trees were delightful, and the location was easy to find. Looking forward to staying again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Tara is a gem, so easy to work with and was responsive from start to finish. The home is exactly as pictured and is fully stocked. Tara and John have thought of everything! Our kids were happy to see the toys, books, crayons and coloring books. We all enjoyed the board games, putting green, outdoor games and of course the pool. The home is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to easily access all of the things we came to Arizona to do. We were so comfortable we even adjusted our itinerary just so we could stay and enjoy all the house had to offer for an entire day. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will without a doubt book again when we return to Arizona. Thank you Tara & Jon for the memories! Our family had an amazing and memorable Spring Break! We stay in many vacation rentals so that we can spread out and have enough space as a family of 5. Not only is this home super comfortable and so nicely decorated, it was also the most well stocked rental we've ever had. From kitchen condiments like mustard, ketchup and jelly to books, toys and games, it was just like home! The kids swam in the heated pool everyday and the hot tub was a great treat after long hikes. We would definitely rent this home again and will recommend to others!

This is a newly renovated home. In great shape, and honestly we felt very at home as it was done tastefully to our style. There are a lot of “extras” at the property. Coffee. Condiments. Linens. Soap. Shampoo. Toothbrushes. We didn’t need to get anything other than our main groceries; that was a nice touch. The neighborhood is nicely located close to grocery and highway access. The pool and turf areas are very nice. The hot tub heating control was convenient once we figured it out, and the pool/spa were heated to sufficient temperatures. There are exterior cameras on the property, one of which points directly over the pool/spa area which might be of concern to some guests. Communication with property managers was VERY prompt. Overall this was a great property and experience for our family.

A lovely, clean well spaced home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay with more than enough room for the family. The place was clean and well decorated with everything you need. Loved the backyard with a pool and putting range. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Enjoy!

We have stayed at several vrbo properties (one other in the Phoneix area) and this one ranks at the top out of all of them! The house/yard furniture, decor, appliances, bedding, etc are all like brand new. Property was very clean - and we are picky! We loved the set up of the house with the bedrooms in one hallway. Everything you need is at this house, and then extra touches like water/condiments/bathroom essentials, etc take it up a notch. The location is great for getting anywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet and nice. We booked this property without any reviews available yet, which made me nervous...but it is a 5 star property! Tara was very responsive and helpful on everything. Our favorite part was the backyard! We loved playing on the putting green and used the outdoor table, couches, lounge chairs, pool, and spa daily. The fountain on the pool was so peaceful. It's a private and quiet back yard and very well maintained. There is honestly not one thing I could suggest to improve! I even asked what the king mattress was because it's so comfortable! We did not want to leave when our week was over....wished it was our home! If we are back to Phoenix, we will for sure be booking this property again!!! Phoenix Paradise!!

Our family of 4 stayed at this house while down for Spring Training baseball. Each stadium we visited as about a 20 minute drive. We loved this location because it was easy access to the freeway and close to desert ridge (an area we like). Checkin was super easy and communication with host was fast. One of the draws of this house was the heated pool and outdoor space. Not a lot of pools in AZ are heated and this made it possible to swim when it was cooler temps. Even stocked with pool toys and we loved the putting green! The master bedroom had the perfect view of the entire pool. The house was spacious and well stocked. Kitchen had nice quality pots, pans and utensils, and every condiment, bbq spice, coffee, creamer, sugar, syrup, laundry soap, & separate bottle water fridge. Also the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra toiletries you might have forgot. The showers were amazing! Loved that each room had its own TV to retreat after a long day. The living room couch and beds were super comfy! Our family enjoyed playing board games every morning during breakfast. I can’t say enough about this house! From the words of my 11yr old son, I want to come back to AZ next year and stay at this EXACT same house! Only 1 thing I could think of that the house needed and that was plastic plates and bowels for eating outside. Thanks again, looking forward to staying here again!

This place was so great! A well oiled machine. Everything was in great condition and the host’s communication throughout was stellar, even when we had special requests for our 10 month old. The house had everything you need - spices, all types of cookware, toys, baby furniture, books for kids, etc. Such a great place to stay for a week! The pool is beautiful and the location is close to lots of things.

This property was very clean and nice. Our stay here was wonderful. Very is to check-in and host were very nice and easy to reach. I would for sure stay here again.

Nice neighborhood, appreciated the coffee supplied and snacks. Home is very comfortable, home is clean and has very nice floor plan. January was cool in the evening and the Spa was great to use. Tara was good turning the spa on request, I would have liked the control myself for flexibility on its use. Giving Tara a rough schedule of our planned spa use a day ahead worked great which we recommended. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you might need. Tara communicated quickly to any request. Yes, we recommend this home and plan to stay again!! Chris and Charlotte

Our family of 3 (two adults, one almost 13 year old) decided we needed a break from the harsh winter of northeast Wisconsin. We searched and searched......and searched on Vrbo, and then we found this place. It seemed like everything about it fit exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space, outdoor grill area, putting green, heated pool/spa, all in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Location was excellent too. Glendale, Phoenix, and Scottsdale all within a quick 20 minute drive. In 6 days, there wasn't one time when we thought to ourselves, "I wish this place had ______". I would love to try a new area the next time we visit Arizona, but I would be hard pressed to not just come back to something we know is great.

Tara was amazing from start to finish! She had us a honeymoon package and little snacks throughout. There is so much to do at your home away from home. I won’t write a book but book this home!!

I simply cannot give enough compliments and accolades to Tre and her rental property in Paradise Valley Village in North Phoenix. Her home was immaculate, well appointed and stocked with everything we could have asked for. The backyard and pool were lovely. And the location was exactly what we needed for our golf and sightseeing visit to AZ. Moreover, Tre could not have been more responsive to our needs. When we go back to AZ, we will be sure to rent from her again. Thank you.

This well appointed home in a lovely neighbourhood has a wonderful backyard private oasis. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you might need to cook!! The provided snacks and beverages were an unexpected bonus. The hosts communicated quickly to any request. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again on our next trip to Phoenix!!

This home was exactly what we needed for a work trip with multiple co-workers. The house was extremely clean which is always most important to me. It was in a nice, established, safe feeling neighborhood. The home had all the things you would need to have a very comfortable stay. The owners were very communicative and responsive. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this as a great house in the Phoenix area!

We chose this house over the others we looked at because of the inviting pool and backyard area and beautiful decor. The house is wonderfully equipped in every way, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, with easy access to restaurants, highways, and shopping.

Our family had such a wonderful stay! This home is perfect for kids young and older, so much to do, the pool is so fun and relaxing, the water temp was perfect! The putting green is such a fun bonus, along with other outdoor games that are provided. The hosts are so friendly, they have gone way out of their way to help ensure their guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying at this home. We took a chance since there we no vrbo reviews on this listing, but this property is everything the pics and description show it to be! House is extremely clean and updated, and one of the best stocked vrbo's we've stayed in (kitchen utensils / laundry pods / condiments / towels / toiletries / pool toys). The pool was actually bigger than we thought it would be, and the putting green was great. The backyard, with the large palm trees is beautiful with plenty of seating to relax and outdoor games. The grill looks new and worked great; the beds were comfortable, and plenty of TVs and board games to keep everyone occupied. Jon and Tara are great owners - answered every question we had quickly. Would highly recommend, and we hope to be back next year!

Property is amazing, fully stocked and clean. Wish we had a way to turn the jets in the hot tub ourselves.
