Very spacious. great location .

The 2 bed apartment was well equipped with a nice kitchen, dining table and lounge area. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were good size, beds very comfortable and great for a family of 3 travelling together who need privacy and shared space. The opening sliding door to a patio on ground level was nice too to be able to have fresh air when we preferred this. The access to free undercover parking for 2 cars was very good arrangement. This is a new property and it shows in the standard of fittings and amenities. I'd stay here again in preference to other properties. Its a 5 minute easy level walk to shops supermarket restaurants etc. but away from the direct busyness of Kingston and potential noise of restaurants etc.

The only thing I would recommend is to offer to provide lighter weight blankets in addition to doonas on beds. Its often too warm to use a doona and so a waste. But this is a small matter and is common to many properties.

Comfortable bed in a spacious room including a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the room was a bonus.

Air-conditioning did not seem to be great and the blind was not wide enough to block out the sun completely in the morning.

Great apartment, beautiful location and easy to get around. Underground parking was an added bonus. The apartment was appointed well and had everything you needed.

The apartment was serviced once during our 4 night stay, however a little more attention to detail from the cleaners would have resulted in a 5 star rating. They didn't replace tissues and toilet paper, or tea and coffee supplies. Nor did they clean the floors.

My room was lovely and clean, the bathroom was nice and heated, I liked the Nespresso machine and the location was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Everything was great

What did I like? Not so much really. Location is good for Manuka, Kingston and Parliament House. It was physically warm enough, but otherwise utterly cold.

Decor lacked any modicum of warmth. No doubt some are into monochrome grey and white, with no artistic relief, but I have decided I'm not. Plus I know such things are terribly un-chic, but a toaster/griller and microwave would have been appreciated.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our 2 week stay. On site parking is very good, the staff are real and the neighbourhood is very pleasant.
