Nothing to like about property, it was not clean not maintained

I was there for 2 days room was small Not cleaned, you can not find property easily, key was missing of my room i had to leave unlocked i told them toh change the blanket but they said we don’t have laundry right now we will change it tomorrow but they didn’t

Worst property that I had ever seen.

Bedsheet was torn. Bathroom was not clean. Running water in bathroom.

First of all getting a bottle of water was a challenge here. Every time you call reception you get the bottle after 3 hours. Then rooms were having all soiled bed sheets and floor was not clean. During checkout, after spending 5 days at the Hotel requested for 2 hours delay checkout but staff was ready to charge me for complete day if i extended beyond 1 hour. During rain water keeps pouring down the stairs and during night the electricity goes 4-5 times and there is complete Blackout. Too many things to resolve at this Hotel.

Staff was not good. They even didn't give complimentary breakfast for the first day.

I liked window view.

There was no kettle, tea bag, cup or glass, no use n throw slippers, at the time of booking i checked for hotels with breakfast included they said yes breakfast is included but at the time of checking out they made me pay for the breakfast too. They have no buffet area and served very little poshan when I ordered dinner in my room. There was no towel no toilet paper, though they provided when I asked for. They have provided menu for kitchen services rates are quite high, moreover there are no option for half, yet they provide very little poshan. In chilly chicken or rice there was some sandy stuff that spoilt my dinner.

Location is good for staying... However i didnot get break fast on time.... All the times i will have to call the reception/ go and stand infront of them for getting it...... Break fast is delay unless we inform them multiple times not provided....

First of all contact number/ reception mobile number is not given to the customer which is challenging way to find the location/ hotel at night times is very difficult for the ones who will be coming from other states of India. Customer care number will not work only. No escalation matrix is provided to escalate..... I have requested for extnesions of stay, initially they have agreed but on the date of check out staff has informed me that no rooms are available which was on shorter note where i felt unsecrued and unhappy since iam from out of state. Food billing, they have charged me more but however we have asked them to refund & got the amount in handy during check out day....
