Estaba muy nuevo, limpio y la ubicación es súper ideal. Cerca de todo, a unos veinte minutos de todo. No tiene pérdida. La habitación es amplia y el baño es muy cómodo y me encanto los detalles de los dispensadores.

Le faltaba nevera en la habitación para poder meter comida o refrescos. Las almohadas son bastantes incómodas, a pesar de que te ponen dos tipos, ambas son incómodas, lo que hizo que no pudiésemos descansar lo suficiente. Y el desayuno era completo pero muy repetitivo, todos los días era lo mismo.

L'hotel è moderno e accogliente e la stanza anche grazie all'upgrade aveva una bella vista sul canale. La colazione è buona e abbondante ed è scandita a turni onde evitare affollamento. Hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni e lo staff è gentile e accogliente.

L'hotel non è centralissimo e non ben collegato con i mezzi, per raggiungere i musei avremmo dovuto prendere due mezzi e abbiamo preferito fare qualche km a piedi sotto l'acqua. Nel bagno non c'è kit di cortesia ma solo dispenser per sapone e shampoo si può fare richiesta in caso di necessità...la stanza è bella ma ci sono pochi mobili dove riporre le cose, c'è uno spazio appendiabiti e dei ganci. Anche i trolley non si sa dove poggiali.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is within walking distance. Nice spacious room with a lovely view over the canal. Very good variety of breakfast options.

If we're being picky, the bed was a little on the firm side. However, no problems sleeping whatsoever.

The room was absolutely what we expected from the Holiday Inn Express (clean, efficient, all the basics, nothing extra), and lovely breakfast. Easy walk to the center of town like Dam Square, Centraal Station, Nemo science center

The wi-fi was not secure, so much so that my VPN wouldn't connect, and apps like an alternate VPN wouldn't download.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was in a great location, very close to the Central station. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

i booked 2 separate beds but had to stay my first night in one king size bed with my colleague! I paid for this night 425 EUR! the room was changed only the next night. the cleaning is not every day. When nothing was done /no cleaning service performed/ I was informed in response to my disappointment -that the standard is to clean only every second night. But the price is horribly high for each day. Hiting did not work so the temperature inside was almost equal to outside ~ 15’C as the bilding serms be constructed from glass and sheet metal.
