Made a small complaint about somebody turning on the air conditioning to 18 celcius, the staff didn’t do any intervention. Some guests arrive at 23h30 and made noise ++ Nobody ( guest ) lock the access to the Hostel

Friendly staff, lockers provided and the design of the public washroom is great!

If all the guests can follow the no shoes upstair policy, everything will be great.

Was new and good location with with facilities

Was a bit cramped and when you have like even a small suitcase each which is standard it then becomes very cramped in the room there is option to put underneath bit I don't want that effort everytime of getting both off the bed to get something. The bed was a tad short and let in a lot of light meaning I barely got any sleep over the 4 nights being there. The floor was always dirty so I had dirty feet when going to bed and then there was a builder there leaving screws and equipment in and out and making noise

I think if the hostel was full it would be quite loud

My wife and I had a great time and a comfortable stay in the Orchard Hostel! The private bunks are such a creative idea and truly add privacy to a hostel setup. Everything was sparkling clean (bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom). The kitchen space had everything we needed to do our cooking and was very comfortable as well (nice views from the balconies!). The host (Dave) always wanted to make sure we had all we needed and was readily available in case we needed assistance. We highly recommend the Orchard Hostel!!! =)
