No pool, no ice no soap in the bathroom. The so called free breakfast was a sad joke

It was ok but no breakfast and room had ants

There was suppose to be a $50 deposit on the room, but guy demanded a $100 deposit. The room was very good, but not perfect. I had the guy physically review each imperfection- hope we get our deposit back. The first floor is a construction zone around the nonfunctioning indoor pool. We were on the third floor and it is nice and remodeled. The place is run by Indian nationals and their attitude towards guests is third world.

The loony aesthetic as you enter had me really questioning this choice but honestly my room was great. New carpet and paint, bed was comfortable. Everything worked and the bathroom was super clean. There are minimal amenities but truly a good stay for a quick overnight

The first room we were given the key would not work, so I went back to the desk and got a new key. Then when we did get into the room, it has not been cleaned. The manager did get us another room promptly. This room was OK except it did not have any cups for the coffee or water cups, did not have any Kleenex, no soap, and there were no sheets on the pull out couch and none available anywhere in the room.

The bed spreads had stains on them, the ice machine was broke down. The pool was closed and in horrible condition. The ceilings and wall paper was falling down. We will not be staying here again. Very very displeased....

I wish I hadn’t booked this hotel prior to traveling. If I hadn’t, I would have definitely went somewhere else. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been at

It was ok looking around certain areas under construction making new again.

The room was cold, cold air was coming in the window, the card we were given to unlock the door didn't work, we were only given enough towels for two people, and we had three people. The vending machines were empty.

The most disgusting hotel first floor flooded out and they knew about it but still put me into a first floor room. I had to get up about 11:45pm and go ask for a new room to go up to the second floor. That place is so dead I wouldn’t recommend anyone it’s horrible & disgusting.

The whole reason we went there was for the pool but it was clothed. There was red paint splattered on the wall and it was freezing.

I'm not that kind of person to leave a bad review about a place but one of the worst places to stay! Pick somewhere else to stay for sure!

The first room they gave me smelled like cat piss and the front desk lady was rude second room was dirty

My stay was very comfortable and Raj that was working the front desk was very nice and he worked with me on an issue I had which he didn't have to he is very pleasant and nice and met all our needs and accommodated this well nice clean Place big nice room and very reasonable repriced as well thumbs up

Not good. They said they had a pool but was down for maintenance and on could tell if has not been used for quite awhile. Only had one towel in the room ask for another bath towel and all they had was one small pool towel and the breakfast all there was six pieces of toast about half a bowl of cereal in the container and coffee and juice

The area is pretty sketchy around the hotel. The building is in awful shape, with the pool shut down and the rooms and dining area barely clean. The breakfast was white bread and milk. Nothing else. I forgot toothpaste and asked for some at the front desk. I was told they don’t carry it and cannot help me. The barebones was too much for this hotel. Highly recommend skipping and paying a few more bucks to stay somewhere better

Picked because of the pool only to find out it has been closed for sometime. Place just feel very sketchy so just cancel the reservation!

We stayed one night and it was a good one night stay place if you just need a lay your head. Pool has been broke for a long time so dont book if you want/need that. The rooms are basic and are pretty clean. The room i was in had a missing outlet cover next to the bed with the lamps plugged into that. The shower was clean and had amazing water pressure but didnt drain well.

After our stay at the Oyo in Moline the night before, AmericInn felt like a palace! Very clean, accommodating and we had what we needed in our rooms. We did have to ask for towels and then ask again and then find the hotel staff in the laundry room to get the towels. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

The hotel was ran down and dirty. The pool was empty and the free breakfast was an absolute joke. There was corn flakes a couple gallons of milk, apple juice, and a waffle maker. The room was okay, tho I am itchy from something there…the lady at the desk seemed bothered if anyone asked for anything. The guys puking in the parking lot when we arrived set the tone for the whole stay. Stay elsewhere

Pool was closed, building leans and has huge crack in wall in room, sheets towels and pillow cases had stains and breakfast was terrible, everutjimg was empty or not put out. Do not stay here

Room was dirty, stains on bedding. Found some type of bug on the pillow. Bathtub was dirty. New room we were moved to wasn’t any cleaner. Hair and debris all in the dresser, stains on the chair. Advertised a hot breakfast but the only option was one type of cold cereal. Waffle mix was empty and was told they couldn’t put anymore out. Just all around a horrible experience. 10/10 would not recommend!

Very rude there was customers coming out they checked in and checked out blood on the sheets . Dirty rooms

It shows a pool and breakfast included. The pool has been down for over a year. Breakfast was a joke really. Waffles, stale cereal, and coffee. One morning they were out of waffle mix and a loaf of bread was thrown on the counter. Had to request another room. First one had ripped curtains and mold growing on them. We will never stay there again

This hotel was very filthy.. The pool was closed, spit wads completely covered the ceiling fan in the bathroom, room was dirty, the hall and lobby areas were really dirty, and the room made me cringe some.. I have stayed at many nice Americinns, but this one was terrible. The breakfast area did not have anything there except toast and dry cereal, the liquid coffee creamers were rotten.. I would tell anyone wanting to stay here, DON'T.

Honestly, this place was terrible. So dirty, could not shower because the drain didn’t work correctly so the bath tub filled up far too quick, stains on sheets, lamps didn’t work, microwave was dirty, I could go on & on.

Not good customer service. 2 towels in a room for 4 people. No washcloths. No kleenex/tissues. Clerk literally said word for word, "We have no towels," but when I pushed how they can be a hotel with no towels they brought me two stained pool towels that looked like rags to use instead. Pool was closed and appears to have been closed for a very long time. Mold in shower. Dead bug in room. Smelled like thick smoke and we had to air out the room. Apparently cereal and mild constitutes breakfast. Just a really uncomfortable stay. It might have been a little easier to handle if the staff was polite or acted like they wanted to be helpful.

I’ve been to plenty of motels in my lifetime but this one was definitely the worst. The outside of the motel should’ve been repainted as you could tell it used to be a Fairfield motel but the sign out front says AmericInn. It cost us $92 to book the room online and we had to pay an additional $100 when we checked in. We chose this motel because it had a pool but even that wasn’t available for use. The door to the lobby got stuck on the flooring so it had to be pulled shut. We could tell the floors hadn’t been properly vacuumed and the elevator smelled like melted crayons. The room was decent sized (deluxe king bed) but there was a few stained spots on the sheets. We found ticks on the floor in the bathroom. The ice machine was also unavailable for use. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I definitely suggest (to anyone wanting to stay here) that you book somewhere else. This place isn’t worth the $192 we had to spend for just one night.

Shower curtain and shower were dirty. Multiple towels were dirty. The bed sheet was stained. No maintaining done.

Lobby area was a dump. They could at least vacuum. Hallways - same thing. 3 cars in the parking lot, yet they didn’t have the king bed I reserved. Thankfully the room itself is fairly decent.
