The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, except the manager, who didn’t really speak to us or make eye contact.

The neighborhood was run down as was the property. Our room was not well maintained and could use a thorough cleaning. The shower didn’t drain well and my husband ended up with a barely lukewarm shower on Sunday morning.

I was unsure if the sheets had been changed, there were pubs in the shower and there were things on the floor as if it was unvacuumed.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The front desk guy looked like he had been sleeping. When we checked in we had to ring the bell three times and waited a while. When we asked if he was sleeping, he said he was watching a movie.

The room was clean and comfortable at a very rerate.

The breakfast was exceptional, they make eggs fresh to order and made omletes to order as well

WE did not stay here was charged for a non stay due to fact that the hotel is not trueful that their pool is not working nor is their hot tub . It is full of construction materials .

We never stayed here , got to hotel and pool was filled with construction materials and they had no hot tub either as advertised. Cancelled our reservations and did not stay here . Then we see that our Visa has been charged for this hotel and property refusing to send credit back to our bank for the charge.

The customer service was impeccable! Gabriel was amazing when I showed him picture of nasty hotel room carpet. He remained professional, understanding, and kind.

I believe there is a bed bug infestation Room 215. I hope I didn’t bring any home. I’ve never seen bed bugs, they look like little black dots/balls on the white bed spread. I sprayed with Lysol emptied entire bottle. Im taking precautions at home. The carpet looked filthy in both room 227 and 215 due to the stains. I was afraid to walk bare foot on carpet then get into bed. The pillow cases and towels were stained. Need to use actual Clorox Bleach. The bathroom ceiling cracked. Couch is old and looks really dirty. Room was depressing. Hotel lobby looked very nice and gave false indication of what rooms looked like. I will NEVER visit this Comfort Inn again.

Facility and room were very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Facility needs some TLC, but really quite comfortable. Good value for money spent. Will stay there again!
