No breakfast or coffee as advertised and not told when checking in. I asked. Informed due to construction and tearing down of other building. No compensation for this or apology. Had to leave early in morning so decided to get coffee late at night at a gas station to be prepared. The bathroom smelled like weed and incense and is supposed to be non-smoking. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. My 22lb dog discovered the peanut butter roach bait and was eating it. I moved the nightstand to figure out what she was licking. I've stayed here 6 times prior to this throughout years as a stopping place on my road trips. The place just is not as customer service friendly and worth the price. There is one lady that is friendly as a rattlesnake and shouldn't be talking to customers.

Rooms are excellent price is outrageous but overall the rooms are really clean I can't complain about that part but those prices though geesh they are way to high on certain fees. Early check in $23 pet fees $23 deposit fee $100 You do get the deposit fee back the next day if paying in cash otherwise it's up to 10 days before you get it back. Strict on company so if your staying solo and expect anyone to be staying or visiting you, you had better add them to your list of persons staying that night otherwise it's huge no go on visitors

The photos on Hotels.com were of a nice lobby with breakfast, seating areas, conference rooms, business office with a computer and printer, etc. After choosing to pay at the hotel, the hotel tried to charge my card before I got there, and because it was locked and declined, I was told that my reservation was automatically cancelled, although I did not get a notice from Hotels.com. They gave me another reservation and I checked in. They had a washer and dryer but it was in a closet outside with no room to wait on the clothes. I went into the lobby to wait on my clothes but was told I could not wait in the lobby. I was told that it was only for check in and check out and they had outdoor benches that I could use. It was below 50 degrees outside. I turned to look at the areas in the lobby and the clerk told me that she told me I could not be in there and asked me to leave. Another man came out to tell me the same thing. I told them that I have a 7 day stay there and was a customer. They told me to please leave the lobby. They put me out! In the room, I wanted to connect my computer to the TV, but the HDMI input on the tv had been tampered with. I called down and was told that it was not possible for me to use that output. When leaving, I went to the lobby to wait on my Uber and was told that I could not wait in the lobby, but I could wait in the vestibule. Someone else wanted to wait inside but she locked the door and would not let them in. BAD BUSINESS!

The room was great but the service is horrible. Then trying to explain the policy is horrible. This is the only place I have had to pay a deposit(pending but charged my account). Just be ready to deal with a deposit just to stay. Stupid!

Not a good stay and they rush you to leave before checkout

The staff that checked us in were NOT nice or friendly. I woke up 4 times to make sure our car was not broken into. The outside of this Motel was very run down. The room was okay but I would not stay here again.

Ok for price.

I didn't like how I was passed check out because of my momma and was told they were going to call police on me for that and my momma suffer from Alzheimer's and I have a physical disability.
