Horrible customer service

I reserved a King NON smoking. I had proof of my reservation. They would not honor it and gave me a King Smoking. They were unwilling to fulfill my reservation as I had booked it. I then asked for 2 beds NON smoking which was available but they insisted I had to pay additional. The room was filthy. Never again.

The owner was very friendly. It was my first time in Clovis. He made me feel wpelcome and safe!!

The beds we’re comfortable and we didn’t see any bugs. There were burn holes in the bedspread. It was ok for one night. No coffee pot and no coffee in the lobby but has a fridge and microwave.

Nasty not clean not healthy

Property was easy to access. However, it is seriously in need of maintenance. Floor was dirty, TV mount was broken. Also, upon arrival (early afternoon) office door was locked. Clerk informed us that there are no coffee makers in the room and they no longer offer coffee in the office. Over-all, NOT one of the better Motel 6's.

Basic no frills overnight stop. Bed comfortable. Room had nice bathroom. No coffee or breakfast

The people running the place were wonder, my experience was overall ok, it was a very noisy night. The people on the second floor right above my room must have been having a party because it was so loud. Also, early in the morning there were car alarms going off and dogs barking incessantly.

Of the budget motels, I often prefer Motel 6. This one was a real disappointment. It smelled horrible, there were bugs, it was filthy, and had a water leak.

It was a good place to stay. Could use some updates around the property.

Dirt in the room corners, TV going out(black spots on the screen) stayed Friday night through Sunday and had the same two worn out towels. Bed was the same as sleeping on the floor.

Clean nicely painted rooms, non dingy bath towel. The Staff was very attentive. I would stay at Motel 6 in Clovis New Mexico again. I liked that it was affordable and pet friendly

Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. Front desk refused to change hotel room so had to stay in smoking. Woke up sick since im allergic to smoke.

I had a very nice stay

it was horrible waste of money my room was nasty one towel for two adults which was dirty as well door did not stay shut toilet was clogged when i told the mngment and was told i would have to pay for another room sucked royally

Hair on the bed, broken curtains, fecal stains in the bathroom walls, mold in the tub, stains around the sink, holes in the wall. Does this sound like a nice place to you? It’s not. It’s below the acceptable standard even for Motel 6.

Good location near gas station, snacks, and food. Had to call phone number on window to check-in, but attendant was prompt and nice. Provided my request for ground floor. Room requires more spraying and cleaning. Would stay again or pay a bit more elsewhere, either way cool.

I was given a room with a tv that I could not get to work. When I called the front desk the man was very rude told me he had been up since 8am and he was not gonna come fix a simple problem I should be able to fix my self.. When he finally did come he banged on the door and after several attempts to get the cable working he discoverd it was not plugged in.. He then got mad and started yelling at me. I told him that is not how you should treat a guest he told me then I shouldnt stay there. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessinally as that man treated me.I am absolutly disgusted by the customer service I recieved at this Hotel.

Although from the outside, the motel looked old & shabby, we were pleasantly surprised with the inside. It was clean, well-kept and had all the amenities except for a coffee machine. We will definitely be back!

No frills, but no problem if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for the night. I got the best night's sleep in a hotel here that I'd had in a week in which we stayed at 3. Bed was good and comfortable, the room was clean and the staff member who checked us in was pleasant and efficient, answered the phone promptly when we called, and ran right out to help us with just a T-shirt on in 30-degree weather! The only complaint I have is that the room door was very hard to open - we had to have the manager come out and help us, and it took him a few tries too. He had warned us about this at check-in. This necessitated one of us staying in the room at all times, which was tough, having 3 dogs that needed walking, as well as a truck to unpack, then pack back up. Hopefully, they'll put in a new keying system with their doors soon. Apart from that, we were satisfied.

The person on desks very rude, not friendly, bad actitud, he was disrespectful and also we couldn't get the room...

A weathered and beat old hotel with little to recommend, but it was clean and affordable. Cigarette burns in sheets not a good look
