Beds have no blankets

When we get there they take us to two rooms to decide to grab one both were so dirty with hairs on the shower and trash on the carpet and furniture they dicede to move us to another two and choose one once I need to get back to the airport looking for some of my ithems found bed bugs and cockroaches around the bed

its a old hotel stings dirty room stain sheets smell like old place broken bathroom door no towels broken tv no iron very disappointed I will never book this place again.

I don’t even know where to start it’s a horrible place it’s mess led by the picture very very recorded broken bathroom roaches in needs major remodel On top of that they charge you an extra $20 hotel fee which is not mentioned anywhere worse experience ever we couldn’t even complete it we had to leave it got Roaches everywhere

The most terrible experience ever hotels.com charge me already once I left so I got charged an extra 200 dollars not only that I got there they charges 60 dollar deposit for some reason never got that back... i had to call the cops and do a police report cuz they are doing fraud

Room and beds appeared cleaned other than the floor. It was obvious floor was not vacuumed.

Horrible customer service, called ahead of time for check in time as I had 2 rooms and wanted to assure rooms were together man stated first come first serve check in at 4:30, arrived at 4:00. When I got there rooms were opposite ends of property different floors and man said your late check in was at 2. Room was not clean hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Beds were not queen size they were full. I brought my own sheets and the did not fit. When I walked In my room man was there turning on tv as he said it doesn't always work there a trick to turning it on… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place

Had no sleep due to tv full blast upstairs. Loud fireworks

This place was garbage to be charging$100 for a night. Take this location off your site it's a rip off. No t.v Working. I would like my money refunded if possible.

Cockroaches!! Asked the manager for a different room and was told No ! Asked for a refund was told definitely not. Was told I could leave but I’d still be charged for the entire stay! Maintenance guy came and sprayed the room for the cockroaches changed the sheets on the bed and left fresh towels.Fresh sheets and towels should have been provided anyway since we had booked Saturday, Sunday, Monday and checked out way before 11:00am on Tuesday. We weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool but on the website it was advertised. There were several things about our room that was unacceptable however the Cockroaches a Nightmare !! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Worse hotel ever. I booked a 2 bed room for my wife and 2 kids and me. Checked in at 5 and was given a room with 1 bed. The clerk said i checked in late even though its from 4 to midnight. Refuse to give me a room or my money back. He argued that I didn't check in at 4 so they gave my room to someone else becuae I was late. Stay away from this place at all cost.

The receptionist at the lobbybwas rude and unprofessional. He is not cut out for the job and needs to find something else.

rooms need to be remodel with newer furniture and needs to be clean rigth not just touch up

I didn’t like that the shower didn’t have hot water and the heater didn’t work in the room we stayed in. Other then that is was ok.

I didn’t like anything I requested a non smoking room and I got a smoking room and my kids didn’t like it

There's nothing to say man the dirtiest freaking place I've ever been to my in life.....county jails cleaner than that place and not just one thing was dirty everything was dirty, EVERYTHING! Every kind of flying in sect, bugs roaches ants and flying cockroaches.... Right when I walked in I knew I fuckedupZxzx man grown and walked in that f****** knew the shower doors went stains on them fresh stains on them like they ain't even bother to clean the place man I got burned for whatever I spend on there I should have just walked away and try to get my money back I was only there for 4 or 5 hours I got to grossed out that was the sickest place I've ever been to I've been some sick places but that place man I couldn't hang.... usually I clean any room I stay at I couldn't even invite my girl over there's no way in hell I want to go be naked on that bed I'm going to shower with a bunch of sperm quit on the shower door over the placeman does knowright when I walked in I knew it

I accidentally booked a smoking room and they gave me the jacuzzi room which was ok but the jacuzzi was dirty and the carpet was ripped right down the middle of the room the door to the showers were dirty, the couch in the room was nasty and the table was not wiped down the good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable which is what we need just a place to sleep for the night

The room was not much clean. No breakfast but it was mentioned on the website. Housekeeping was not provided daily. They forgot to put soap, Tiolet paper while doing housekeeping.

There were ROACHES. BE AWARE! We had to bag everything in bags upon arrival. The price was absolutely unacceptable for what we received. I was literally disappointed at the bugs.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and motels before, and this is undoubtedly the WORST I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were dirty, carpet was dirty, toilet was dirty, everything was dusty and dirty. There was no toilet paper. It smelled awful as well. It needs major remodeling. It was way too bad for the price. It was not worth it. Trust me save your money and don’t come here. It’s disgusting.

It was a good trip/stay.

Very disappointed. I had a reservation that they did not honor. I was stuck with no place to stay.the gentlemen at the front desk was rude.

Nothing staff is horrible and confronting knocking on the door to argue that is just unprofessional not just one person but I guess where husband and wife shameful

The room was dirty. Bathtub, shower walls and shower doors had visible dirt and mold. The towels provided had dirt marks. Roaches coming out from the A/C. Noise throughout the entire night; we couldn’t sleep. Pool is only opened from 11am-6pm The security lock to the front door did not work. We only stayed because we needed sleep after a 10 hr drive.

Didn't you like nothing about the property the room was dirty the room was dirty it had bugs everywhere it was very nasty
