Not really well maintained. Didn't have breakfast as advertised that being the main reason we booked this hotel so as not to have to run around for breakfast before leaving for tge airport to catch our flight.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because breakfast was advertised. There was no breakfast at all. This hotel should not advertise something they do not offer. Also, the groundskeepers decided to use very loud leaf blowers before 8:00 am which seemed unnecessary.

The room smelled bad and notwithstanding my reservation included breakfast they did not prepare it.

It says free continental breakfast and they do not provide that. One of the reasons I choose my hotel is because of the free breakfast. They don't even offer coffee.

The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are dirty with spider webs. The only thing that they do is to change towels. They don't make beds, empty bins and supply with toilet paper. These things are only done on request.

this hotel does not serve breakfast when booking it it said it did. this was very inconvenient because i have kids when checking in the guy was a bit rude i wouldn’t stay there again.

Website said breakfast included, office area was still locked at 7am. No breakfast offered. Also no coffee in room even though was listed in amenities. Was delayed from checking in, attendant said the payment was not received by them even though I had proof payment was charged to my credit card.

I often stay at this location as the price is good for the way I’m using the facility. Just need a place to sleep while visiting family. In the past the hardwood floors were less than clean. Leaving bare feet dirty. This time we were surprised to have carpet but the carpet was stained. Not a deal breaker but it wasn’t attractive. Still liked it better than the hardwood floors. We unfortunately left my husbands ring on the top of the dresser and when called to inquire the person answering the phone was hard to understand. She told me to call back as housekeeping doesn’t clean till later. I was clear where it was left but had to prompt her to take my number. Checked out Thursday and now Saturday not even a call to say it’s not there. Personally it’s too challenging to communicate to retrieve the lost ring. It wasn’t super expensive but it had sentimental value .

Great place to stay in LA

I like the management BUT swimming pool was closed.

Facilities were ok but service was terrible. Breakfast was announced as included but they said it wasn’t for the moment. Then they never cleaned my room and when I asked why they said I should’ve told them I wanted that service when I checked in! The person in the reception seemed like annoyed of talking to guests. Terrible service!

Clean and service was good but they advertised grab and go breakfast which they had none- also no coffee maker in the rooms. Need go up date that since that is one of the reasons I chose this place.
