I have stayed at this motel several times in recent years because it is convenient to downtown and it is pretty good for the price. It is still good, if you are okay for a no-frills place to stay. However, lately they have been racking on surprise fees that are not disclosed when you book online. There is now a $10 parking fee per night plus a mysterious $12 "property fee." The desk clerk at the time of check-in could not explain what that fee was for. He speculated that it has something to do with the room tax, but that cannot be correct, because there was already the usual "taxes and fees" charge on the bill. When I checked out, a different desk clerk also could not explain the $12 "property fee."

We were in Nashville for a Drs. appointment and spent the night. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. Maybe not a great area but we felt safe. It was located 1.5 miles from broadway and the bars and restaurants. Weekday rates were very reasonable and we would definitely stay there again.

Our Stay at Nights Inn was Pleasant. Check in went well and the Clerk was nice and polite and in fact he had our room ready for us 2 hrs early.. Beds were comfortable. And Room was clean. Breakfast was ready and waiting for us when we woke up. I would definitely stay th night again.

Room was outdated and smelled extremely musty. Door didn’t seem to close completely, so we used a chair under the door handle. Mattress was covered in stains.

The room was not clean. The bed covering had a cigarette stain on it. The bathroom was icky. Needs updating. The guys at registration were rude and appeared to not want to be there.

The man on the check in must have been having a bad day as he was very abrupt. About an hour later when asking for a map he was actually rude and unhelpful .
He said ‘they are over there’ when I said I don’t see them he simply pointed. There were in fact no maps but just around the corner and completely out of my view were leaflets, on of which had a basic map in it. There were two other people in the lobby and they agreed with me that he was rude. Not a good ambassador for the hotel.
The beds were comfortable and there was a breakfast.
When I checked out the person I spoke to was polite and friendly. Such a difference.

The male front desk is not friendly and bad attitude. He threw my drive license to me and my husband’s drive license. We worked harder that we worked for Post Office for 33 years. He was mean and not said have a nice day and have fun. We are deaf. He should be train how to respect to guests and improve his personality and needed to change. He don’t know how to friendly like prison guard. front desk April 21,2024 3:46pm
We celebrated for our 18 years wedding anniversary. He spoiled our vacation. Big disappointment

Trust the negative reviews. This hotel does not feel safe whatsoever. This should be labeled a shelter with a hotel inside of it. It should say it on the front page. The hotel will not refund you if you do not feel safe. This might as well be a scam.

It was a single night rest..Very decent, affordable and well worth every dollar - in fact more value for money. If you're going to the Nashville Strip at Broadway and dont wanna be spending a lot of money on hotels, use this option

The Knights Inn in Nashville, TN was clean and the staff was friendly. Nice room and complimentary breakfast was good. Nice room for the low price. I would stay again. The room had a microwave and a fridge.

It was above average but we only had an overnight stay. The room was clean & comfortable but the bathroom was small and tight. The breakfast was good. The service was good and staff friendly.

lots of distractions from upstairs couldn't able to sleep so vacated next day didn't stay there didn't got sleep either horrible experience and also bathroom wasn't clean

No hot water, no water pressure, leaky toilet soaking bathroom floor constantly, front door wouldn’t stay all the way shut and tv was blurry. Horrible front desk service. Could rarely reach someone when calling front desk. No compassion for any of the issues. Very disappointing stay for the cost.

The room was ok but the renovated office and common areas are misleading as to the condition of the room itself. Its fine for a place to sleep though.

The rooms are good and clean what isn't right they charge u 20 dollars to park there after u have paid for ur room its a scam to me heck u pay for ur room parking should be flipping free

Average at best… the toilet kept running, the walls had stains on them, and while the end was comfortable enough, it had a very thin blanket so I was cold at night. The cleaners only came in once during my 3 day stay.

Check in was easy. Guy at the front desk was exceptionally polite. Better than what I expected from one of the cheaper hotels in the area so I was surprised. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Check out was easy as well. Same guy was just as nice as he was the previous day.

We had a great 1 night stay at Knights Inn. The front desk was kind and helpful, their continental breakfast was good and check in and check out was quick and easy. The rooms were clean, just need some cosmetic works since it’s an older building.

The hotel was nicely rennovated, great amenities and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. My only problem was the water in the shower was not hot. I tested it out throughout the day and the hotest it got was luke-warm. Was not a big enough issue for me to complain and my stay overall was excellent.
Also the shower faucet was leaking.

Well when the Uber driver tells you not to walk outside because the neighborhood is not safe. You walk to the room and smell marijuana and lastly went to the bathroom and saw roaches scatter into the wall.

It’s a motel. Right by highway. Not super loud tho.
But it was clean. Decent basic sleeps. If it’s all ya can afford it being Nashville it’ll do. I guess. Close to crazy town. Popular with youngsters.

The rooms have been remodeled in the past few years, so there was a feeling of modernity. However, it still had an older feel to it. The heating/cooling system was new and the blackout curtains worked like a charm. Sound was a slight issue with other guests frequently passing by our room and speaking loudly during the wee hours of the morning, so definitely no sound reduction. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the taco truck next door was amazing!!! Service was polite and perfunctory. Overall, if you need a place kind of close to downtown w/out paying downtown prices, this is it. It's walkable from downtown if you're willing.

Perfect location to our event (Nashville children’s theatre). Great value, hot full breakfast, friendly staff all the way around. Will stay and recommend again!
