Even that my booking got cancelled for showing up late because of my flight being delayed they were super helpful and got me another booking right away…

Everything was great, except for the unusable WiFi. I was unable to connect to WiFi with my phone, laptop, or gaming system. It really messed up my plans

Was literally there 6 1/2 hours to sleep before a flight with my 8 year old daughter when i was charged $400 because supposedly a sensor detected smoke according to the manager it was at the same time we were going into the room when asked for proof he tells me its an automatic senor that picks it up then adds the charge to the room so there wasnt physical proof and since it was automatic they couldnt refund it i would have to now dispute it with my credit card company. The way he was speaking it happens often. Definitely check your receipt when you leave seems its there way of making a little more money for such a run down hotel. Roof was falling down in the entrance. Water damage stains on the ceilings and dirty towels. Book with caution

We were very disappointed in our stay. The refrigerator and microwave were working intermittently at best but frig was out most of the time. The breakfast buffet was out of everything just one hour after it opened. We were there before 6 am and they opened at 5 am and had nothing to eat except waffles. One of the two elevators was out so it took forever to use the single one for the whole hotel. Also we were surprised to be charged $12 for parking for our one night - this was not disclosed on booking or anywhere on their site. Adding to all this the fact that they no longer provide shuttle/Uber service to the airport and we are not planning on staying here again. We used to stay here often but it has gone down quite a bit.

Restaurant was closed, no shuttle to airport. Parking lot very dark
No instructions for tornado warnings. Minimal emergency lighting when power went out for hours! Phone in room did not work.

The website advertised that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport which was not true. The window in our room was broken and shower looked dirty with black mold. On the plus side, I liked the hotel staff and enjoyed interacting with them. The hotel NEEDS an update ASAP.

I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. I finally checked in, only to discover the room was not clean. The beds had obviously been slept in, so I snapped some pics and went back down to the desk. I waited for at least 25 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. There was no one in sight. He apologized, switched my room; and when I went back upstairs, the key card did not work. So back down to fix the card, and had yet, another wait. Ridiculous, I wasted over an hour for this foolishness.

Mr. Curtis was very nice and informative. Gave us places to go hang out and be able to enjoy our vacation. The bar at the hotel was nice as well. The staff were amazing.

The hotel was dirty and dangerous good thing we were only staying 5 hours (early flight). The ceiling to the lobby driveway was severely damaged and crumbling. The lobby was dank and there was no vending machines on the floors.
Also it appeared the carpet had not been cleaned in months.
The room was paid in full in advance for our 1 night stay but La quinta billed me $250.00 twice and it took over a week to be credited.

Location is fine in proximity to the airport. Room is basic but worn and dated. Pool was a great temperature but also worn and dated seating but was nice to relax before my flight. Few complaints would be:
When I booked it said there was an airport shuttle and there was not and that was the reason we chose the hotel.
No luggage storage. I wanted to go to the grocery store after checking out before my flight and they won’t hold bags.
Breakfast was lack luster have a waffle maker but there was only one piece of fruit left, some boiled eggs, oatmeal, toast and bagels and couple bland cereals

I needed help getting a ride to the airport early in the morning. The night before the front desk said they would arrange for a cab. That cab never came in the morning. There was no one at the front desk in the morning. I called the front desk, and could hear the phone ringing. No answer. No one. Finally, a very kind guest let me share in her Lift ride to the airport. I barely made my flight.

Every part of this stay was bad. I showed up to find that I had to pay for parking, which isn't that bad - except that the parking lot is full of homeless people. I literally had to step over a homeless person to get to my truck that night.
Then, after receiving an email stating that my deposit would be $75 - the hotel charges my CC $250 - which they still haven't released a week later. My room was an accessible room - so my toilet was 9" too tall, the shower was a walk in, and there were hand rails everywhere. Since I am not in a wheelchair, it was inconvenient. The staff did nothing to remedy the deposit or the room situation. I will never stay at this hotel again.

When booking this hotel I was never told about having to pay for parking which was 12 a night. The first representative I spoke with once I reached the property Nicole was amazing she helped me as much as possible with everything even tried to get me and early check in. My first problem came when the last night I was there the cleaners came in and removed all the towels without letting me know. I mean they did not clean anything just got all the towels and I didn’t notice this until it was midnight and I have came in and about to take a shower so I called the front desk only for the night guy to get smart mouth (I told him that the cleaners must have came in and got all my towels and he was like so I said is there anyone that can bring me some remind you I have no clothes on and he was like nah I can’t you got to come get them at that point I hung up and my husband asked what happen and he went to get them only to get there and he ask the gentleman where are the towels my wife just called about the guy stated what you want me to do about it. Besides this problem everything else was ok.

This stay was below average. Staff was super friendly but people were loud all night, the elevator was sketchy and shut down periodically. It was also tiny. The room was missing a fire alarm. And only had 2 tiny pillows. Would not stay at this location again. La quintas are a reliable hotel chain for me. But never will I stay at this location

Was very happy with what we got for the price and very convenient to airport..when we first pulled up seemed a lil scetchy but was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was and staff was accommodating didn’t know we had to pay to park but that may have been my fault for not looking at what was included…but yeah it’s a repeat of flying out of nola

The pictures is not what it is. Bathroom had hair in the shower/on the wall. Don’t look like they clean the bathroom floor.House keeping didn’t come the 2 days I was there.

Not what we expected with the brand. We’ve stayed at La Quinta often. This was subpar. Bathroom needs updating. Lack of necessities provided like soap and paper. Friendly staff. Large pool. Restaurants close by.

The room overall smelled good, no mildew smell. The shower/tub had black stains or mold. The showerhead wasn’t attached to the wall and the showerhead was way too low for a normal height person, let alone a 6 ft person.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower needs some attention. The pillows were pretty flat. The AC was great. It was quiet, easy to find and very close to the airport. You do have to pay to park though.

The staff at the LaQuinta was super friendly, very helpful and patient - especially the Sunday morning manager who helped me for check-out. The lady who filled and refilled the breakfast items on Saturday was also very kind and patient. I wish I could say good things about the condition of the hotel. Maybe it's just natural aging, but the bathroom fixtures had cracks in them and the soap dish in the shower was nasty looking. The hot water was great - but the room temperature was very difficult to adjust. I feel that the workers need a better place to be working in - they get fussed at about things that are not in good shape - and that is not their fault. Parking was pretty good - but why do I you have to pay to park at a room you just rented for a couple of nights.

We booked through hotels.com. I was traveling with my wife and two teenage daughters so I reserved a room with two full beds. When we are arrived, I was told they only had a room with one king and we're sold out. Apologized but we were still stuck and because we did it a late check in, around 11 PM, it was really too late for me to try to find another place to stay on a busy weekend. I was disappointed. I received an email notification that all was confirmed as reserved. The staff was friendly, apologetic, and helpful. My wife and Iended up using towels for pillows and I ended up sleeping on the floor and had a terrible night. Better communication with their third-party reservations as needed.

My experience was terrible. I was asked to provide a deposit of $250 but I have no idea why. My bed was disgusting and there were traces of human (or dog) feces within the sheets - I can barely believe it myself.

I you can avoid staying there, please do so. The place is falling apart, need major renovations. The room was extremely outdated. The bathroom, especially the tub was disgusting, there was mold on the corners and all around the soap dish, and the tub was grey. I took it upon my self to go the store spent $30 worth of cleaning supplies and scented products and cleaned it my self. The hallway smelled like weed the whole time, it was horrible. Needless to say that never again!

I was hit with surprise charges. I expected some sort of incidentals deposit because I stay at several hotels throughout the year but a $250 deposit was absolutely ridiculous and unexpected. Also I have never stayed at a hotel where there is open lot parking that required a payment for it's guests. I had to pay $18 to self park my vehicle in an open lot. These charges were extremely unexpected and need to be clearly stated to guests prior to booking. Had I known these things, I'm sure I would have opted to stay somewhere else.

Unfortunately the stay was not pleasant waking up to discover I slept under blood stained blankets. The front desk lady just put my key down on the counter didn't say where the room was or enjoy your stay "Nothing" the toilet ran all night & tub was dirty. The manager Corey did assist me & offered an apology. Michelle & Melinda were awesome in understanding my upsetness with the room.

Let’s start with the front desk agent. During check in I was notified that a $250 incidental fee would be held on my card. When I asked to see that in writing, I was repeatedly told “it’s on the website” by the guy working the desk. I’ve checked the website and it is not there, nor was it ever shown to me in person. The microwave was broke, hallways smell like cigarettes, half the lamps in the room didn’t work, the television turned on but doesn’t show anything other than an HDMI error screen, and the bathtub was STOPPED UP. Literally…the first person took a shower and the water filled halfway up the tub and never drained…ever. They need to do better, LaQuinta has actually improved a lot over the years, but this location is horrible.

When I walked into room there was a strong urine smell. It reminded me of a dirty nursing home I sadly entered when seeing a loved one. There was no soap to wash hands and only a couple of towels and 1 wash cloth. The ac/heat window unit dirty and consistently needed adjusting. One minute too hot next minute too cold. You can no longer park your car in the hotel parking lot unless you agree to pay $12.00 a day which is from check in until 11am the following day. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It use to be great with better priced rooms that were clean. Now it is expensive with additional parking fee and dirty.
