Location is great, staff is very nice, large rooms,free parking. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I like that they have microwave and little fridge in each room. Hotel is dated and could use refurbishing.

This place is horrible the bathroom needs to be painted the shower is rusted the chairs stained the roof peeling carpet filthy

Nice stay

Staff member wasn’t very approachable. When my key didn’t work for my room she looked at me like I was stupid and then said you probably put it by your phone which I didn’t. Then when asked if we could get a different room she claimed the hotel was sold out even though you could see the abundance of empty rooms.

I like to think I'm not picky but this property was awful it smelled old everything was outdated the carpet was stained (it looked like blood) the bathroom walls had patches and the shower was very small and was made for very short people I'm 5'6 and had to literally squat and lean my head back to wash my hair besides all that it looks like the rooms further back were actually permanently rented and the people did not look nice.

Older facility; I get it - they don’t want to spend any money on the renovation. But they should - the furniture is old, scratched and dented. The bathrooms need major renovation. The AC unit was old and had trouble keeping the room comfortable. Appearances matter.

Holes between the baseboard and carpet . Leaking faucet and ants in the bathroom .

The hotel room was very dirty and smelly. The bathroom was worn out, the faucet leaked all over the counter. I told the office person.

I reserved 2 rooms non smoking bottom floor and they gave me the opposite. I reserves standard room with double bed and they gave me a single bed. When I went to the front to let them know they told me it was an error from hotels.com. They did not want to change the room for us. We were 4 and we all had to sleep in one bed. Never going back there again.

Very dirty, ac broken, bathroom dirty

Some guys brought metallic part of beds and were hitting them to the walls, speaking so Louis at 6:00 am. They were 4-5 guys and all were speaking so loud at 6:00 am and they would hit the metal bed base to the metal stairs, BIG noise and annoying! I called the receptionist and she hung up the phone on me !!!!!

Breakfast was bad. No acknowledgement of nearby alternate exit or gas station and other stuff. Room was missing a bathtub drain.

Could use some renewal. Broken shower, broken hairdryer. Dirty carpet. etc.

It smelt like mold and there was hair of another person in the bathroom, and there were stains everywhere.

I had a first floor room, which was convenient, however, the room itself was outdated. The room was missing the bottom baseboards in the room, the tv remote was not paired to the tv (which I could have contacted the desk, however, it was inconvenient nonetheless), the bathtub had rust stains, mini blinds were broken, the tub itself was peeling on the floor, and the room itself didn't give a "clean" vibe... at all. I've stayed within the Days Inn chain within many states... which is why I did book at this location, but was extremely disappointed. I would not stay here again, unfortunately, and for someone that travels a lot, I also would not recommend this location either. I stayed for 2 nights solo after traveling across the US, and I did everything I could not to stay in my room for long periods of time. The location definitely needs an upgrade, however, with this all being said, the location was easy to find, it is close by to grab a bite or run to a store and easy to access from the highway.

Room was filthy, I took pictures and showed them to the front desk and let them know I would not be staying there due to the black mildew that was on the floor of the shower and the crust build up that was all around the bottom of tge shower door along with the hairballs in the corner of the room by the front door

Horrible experience. We had to switch rooms 3 times in our 4 night stay due to no hot water In our room. The next room the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor and the front desk said they couldn’t get a plumber till the next day. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to pour water in the toilet bowl. Due to the leaking sink I asked for more towels and the housekeeper said they didn’t have any clean ones so we would have to wait till they washed some.

The motel is easy to get to off the fwy and it is very economical .The staff was difficult and unhelpful .The room had an enormous amount of dirt in it .The shower floor was black .The edge of tile at the top of the shower looked like it had never been cleaned .The sink was clogged and the other sink had no hot water and the faucet leaked .The furniture was obviously third hand junk that was just damaged.On my second day I asked for clean towels .The woman at the front desk said I had to come to the lobby and she would replace them .I have never stayed at a motel that had this requirement but I did what she asked .When I got to the lobby she was standing at the laundry hamper .She then told me she had to inspect the towels for spots.I am serious she actually examined and counted each towel .I used a wash cloth to come down the stairs to protect my hand from the filth .The first thing she says yip you have to pay for the wash cloth having stains on it .I explained the dirt marks were from me using the cloth to protect my hand .Then she says ok I am not going to charge you for the wash cloth .Then we continue counting and checking the towels .I had washed my hair and there was residue on the towel light residue mind .She was like you are going to be fined 5 dollars for leaving a mark on a bath towel .She then proceeds to show me the contract that states I am to be charged 5 dollars as a surcharge when I check out .Now I am confused .I came to lobby to get fresh towels and inste

POSITIVELY, JUST RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY AND VERY CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPINGS

We checked out early the next morning and cancelled the next two nights. Sheets were stained. Carpet was stained. The A/C was too loud to sleep. The bathtub was cracking and needs to be replaced. We couldn’t shower here. We left Ventura and moved on to Orange County because all other hotels in Ventura County were full. Replaced the Channel Islands cruise with Catalina.

Remote for the tv did not work. I asked for them to fix it and they didn’t do anything. Key’s malfunction when I checked in and also the day before I left. Overall condition of the room was horrible. Light switches worked back wards. Several holes in the walls. Bath tub and sinks were broken and chipped.

The sink in the room was damaged when I checked in to the room. But other than that the room was very nice and clean. Check in an check out was simple and quick.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We immediately checked right out. Didn’t feel safe at all! The room was dirty & not kept up at all. I would never Recommend this place EVER. The girl at the front desk was really nice though!

Bathroom, shower, shower curtain all very dirty. They advertise free breakfast, that is a granola bar and an apple, terrible coffee.

Air conditioner did not work, toilet not working, shower dripping all night, dirty shower.

Room smells , no vent humidity stains on bathroom ceiling

Unfortunately does not look like the pictures. Our room had a broken door lock and stained carpet. Stained tub. Fortunately I was there to just get a few hours of sleep. Not a place to take the family.

The room smelled like smoke. The tiles were falling off the shower. No shampoo. There was a chair in the room that was literally the most disgusting chair I've ever seen,

The property is what would be expected for a motel at this price point. But the room we were given was beyond disgusting, I would not recommend anyone stay here at any time. We would have been ok to change rooms, but I was told that was not possible, and the cleaning staff was already gone for the night, so we had to find accommodations elsewhere. The room had dirty smeared things all over the walls, the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous people, and the pool had bugs floating all throughout it, and crawling all around the outer edge as well. I'd recommend the Hampton Inn across the street instead. A little pricier, but MUCH nicer. They also told me they have at least 1 person come in per night with the same story as I did.

Owner has no pride in the property. Maintenance is very sloppy. This is a 1 star hotel and more than likely will continue on its sprial downwards. I have pictures to back this review up.
