Hotel accommodations were outstanding. Appreciate the fact they let me checkin early with no extra charge. Recommend this hotel when staying Camarillo.

The bathroom wasn't clean we found some hair from other guests was on the floor. They seemed to encourage you not to get housekeeping bc they will give you points at the end of your stay. They also charge disabled veterans $30 to park in the handicap area. Overall the stay was just ok nothing to write home about.

Everything was great here - no complaints what so ever. The breakfast was pretty good with several options. Would definitely come back here again.

It was fine. It could have been cleaner in the stairwells. I didn’t know I had to pay for parking and still don’t understand why. I thought that was just a way to nickle and dime me out of money. That’s California for you.

Nothing fancy at all but met our needs. Towels were small and not plentiful at all. Had to request housekeeping a couple of times -probably wouldn't have needed to do so if there had been more linens. Close to everything we wanted. Staff was ok. - not over-eager to assist, but did do so.

Great and easy stay

Our check in was very easy and quick and the gentleman that helped us had great customer service skills. The room was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the property, and breakfast was fantastic as well. The only negative was that there was no soap in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had work done on our home, so we came to stay here. We loved it, our kids loved it and if we ever need a place to stay again, we will definitely stay here.

Have stayed at this Hampton location many times. Was so glad they upgraded the rooms and surrounding areas. A real pleasure to stay and staff are so helpful and friendly.

We arrived more than an hour after check-in time and they informed us it would be a 5 minute wait for our room because house keeping was running behind. We just drove over 5 hours from another state, in time to get ready and go to a surprise party. We needed the room to get ready. But 5-10 minutes, ok. I ended up doing my makeup and hair in the lobby restroom while my husband waited for the room. Finally, over 30 minutes later, I approached the desk to ask about the status of our room. First of all, she forgot who we were, so clearly wasn't prioritizing getting us into our room, even though we were waiting only a few feet away from her in a fairly empty lobby. Then she said our room was still not ready! ...But she could get us one similar. Ok. Fine. It was actually a downgraded room from what I paid for. But we needed to finish getting ready quickly. She then proceeded to check us in, and do all the things she could have started processing earlier, like a parking permit, etc. She took nearly the longest I have ever experienced checking in. She still proceeded to nickel and dime, charging for parking and everything else, despite being downgraded and waiting so long after check in. There was no offer to compensate or discount despite one of the worst hotel check in experiences ever.Really poor customer service. Paying for parking in suburb like that was also ridiculous. Room had weird smell and signs of wear and tear/ water damage. Not terrible but not ideal.

The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming, they even called to see when I was getting in since I had a super late flight. They were also all friendly and smiling! Which I can appreciate!

We were in town for one night for a wedding. The hotel is easy to access off the freeway. There was ample parking, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and well-appointed. Bonus points for the muted and calming earth-tone decor. Shower was great (no need for a tub- glad to see this trend). We would not hesitate to stay again if and when we return to Camarillo!

This is my favorite hotel to stay at. There was some noise due to the air show but it was minimal. Everything in my room was perfect. Restaurants are close by and I loved that my room was on the first floor. Staff was great as usual

The staff was very courteous to not just us, but everyone else. Our daughter has a broken leg and they were very accommodating.

Hotel was basically clean except the hallway carpet could use a cleaning. The breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range. Charged $10.00 a night parking fee that was a surprise, and I didn't think was appropriate.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn when we visit Camarillo. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and is close to many things. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Although this hotel is older, it is very well maintained and clean.
