I can’t say enough great things about this place!! My daughter and I recently visited Denver to attend a Fantasy Ball. The room was HUGE, spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Now for the best part the staff!! I feel terrible because I don’t remember their names but the evening bar/food service staff were AMAZING!! The service was fast even though the hotel was fully booked due to several events and they were very nice and accommodating. I was able to watch multiple hockey games and they didn’t mind my screaming at the tv lol The daily breakfast was also excellent. Book. The. Room!! You will not be disappointed!

Imagine a Hotel in Denver with rooms that do not smell of smoke. That’s this Hyatt. The Hotel was immaculate inside and out and the Breakfast Buffet was awesome.

This hotel has been completely renovated and it is beautiful. New lobby, peloton in the workout room, new carpet in all rooms, new couch & new mattresses in all rooms.

Only negative, is the in room coffee maker used the one use plastic “trays” to make coffee. And doesn’t offer recycling.

Only issue is GPS will not find how to get into the parking lot. The parking lot was hidden and hard to find.

I've stayed at this property a few times and it's clean, safe and quiet for a great night's sleep. Staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to stay.

Staff was very helpful and polite during our stay. Beds are comfortable if you prefer softer beds like me. Be aware that the bathroom just has a sliding frosted glass door, and ours could not lock. No big deal to us but might be for some. Cannot speak to the restaurant, as the only time we wanted to eat there they were not serving because their system was down. Be aware that they are in the middle of some construction updates, so the gym and business center are not available at the moment. We did need to print something, but the front desk staff allowed us to send it to her email so she could print it for us, which we did appreciate!

The stay was really great but checking in seemed to take a few minutes longer than necessary as when we arrived a couple was in front of us and they said they had been waiting 10 minutes and nobody came. This couple chose to leave the hotel and go to another. My wife and I waited another 5 minutes before seeing a staff member. Also I have to say I would not recommend the bar. The drinks made were way too strong and not mixed properly. The person at the desk making our drinks did not know how to make them and struggled even with reading the instructions she had behind the bar. Overall however this was a great stay and my wife I enjoyed remodeled space as we had stayed at this hotel before. I would still recommend.

This property needs a serious upgrade. The toilet needed immediate repair and the AC didn’t seem to work. No USB charging outlets. The pillows were lumpy and flat. Housekeeping never removed or replaced used coffee mugs. Decaf coffee was never refilled.

Was expecting more from a Hyatt property. No gym, (it was under renovation) not a lot of options to eat onsite. The bar was always dead. Breakfast was average. Just nothing to write home about.

Even before I arrived for my stay, the front attendant Oscar was super helpful with any questions or accomodations that I needed. The room itself was fantastic, great views, comfertable bed, and an amazing shower. Perfect place to stay if your checking out the Denver area before skiing.

I was only here for 2 nights, but the staff were very nice and helpfull. There are a few stores nearby for snacks/food etc. Plus its fairly central so anywhere you want to go you're halfway there already.
