This hotel was ideal - clean, friendly, great location (a large Target right across the road was an unexpected bonus), and the breakfast was great - informal and chill, just perfect. i will definitely stay here again.
There was nothing about this hotel i wasn't perfectly happy with. i have no complaints.

I liked my corner room with kitchenette, couch and desk area. I was in Denver for over a week and in this room I felt comfortable and relaxed. I liked the ability to make my own food or have breakfast in the common area. The location very near Target and Leetsdale Kroeger (with liquor license) made it convenient to stock your room with fresh fruit, coffee, wine, cheese and a small vase of yellow roses.🌹
It would be better to have a central area for people to leave trash when they choose not to have maid service. The pile up of take out bags and trash in hallways was not attractive. The $15 parking charge is a disappointment in this area — seems like unnecessary “nickel and diming.”

Some remodeling had been done.
The walls are paper thin! We could hear conversation & a television in the next suite. Television in Nextdoor suite was left on ALL night on Friday night.
Located across the street from Shotgun Willie’s.
Not the cleanest bathrooms..dirt & grime in the corners.
Picture in bathroom was broken & still hanging on the wall.
Room 143- I should have taken photos.
