The plumbing in the shower needs to be upgraded. The handle was so hard to turn. The ice machine on the second floor was non existent had to go to the first floor.

Our stay was ok bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast needs gluten and dairy free choices. Staff were pleasant

The staff was friendly but the toilet in our room wouldn’t even flush toilet paper and my husband had to go to the front desk two times to get a plunger. The breakfast on Saturday morning the potatoes were still frozen. The noise level was louder than we have ever experienced in any hotel. For the price we were definitely very disappointed.

Stayed on business for one night. The hotel was in rough shape. I typically have pretty good luck with Hampton Inn, but I don't suggest staying at this one. I booked my room weeks in advance and prepaid for my room. They did not have a room available when I checked in, and did their best to accommodate the misfortune and found me a small room to stay in (not what I purchased).

I’d give it 4 to 5 stars for everything except for eco-friendliness. There was some sort of artificial air freshener smell in the elevator, as well as the hallways. A second issue was that the EV charger was not working.
I didn’t try the breakfast because of personal preference to eat whole foods, but the coffee was ok.

It was a great stay. We had to wait for a bit for our room to be ready but it was no big deal. The lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed but kept her cool and stayed professional. The only complaint i have is that it has been way over a week and the charge is still pending in my acct and my deposit has not been released yet.

Did not honor my Expedia booking when I went to check-in. Said they had no availability. No other explanation was given. Would never book at this Hampton Inn and may never book at any Hampton Inn in the future.

Really very poor management. Really no one in charge. Check in...there were those that wanted a refund. Others were on wait b/c no cleaned rooms, including us. Now in their defense...they had been full the night before and some of Housekeeping did not show up. The two ladies in the Breakfast area should have retired at least five years ago. Old!!! Need fresh energy! Plus, I heard out of this...out of that! Maintenance in the rooms is needed...simple fixes like taking a screw driver and fix loose screws. Toilet seat loose; Faucet loose; Hanging hook loose; Towel holder loose;
Really the place has good bones and just plain needs a manager with a bit of energy...and power.

We arrived at 7 PM and we had no room ready for us. I reserved a two queen bedroom and was given a one queen bed with a rollout bed are comforter had a burn hole in it. Our toilet was clogged and the lights in the room did not all work.

We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but when we checked in we were tild that the hot tub has been down for some time now and dont know when it would be fixed. I wish the website stated that because we wouldve never stayed there. When we arrived they assigned us to a dirty room but it was fixed without an issue. For being a hotel by hilton, it felt more of a motel then a hotel. Staff was nice and friendly just the property was not what we expected.

Needs to be refurbished. Shower control was stiff and didn’t shut off on first try. Toilet required multiple flushes to dispose of all waste. High fan setting on thermostat did not work.

Great hotel, beds were comfy, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great! We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but looked nice.

The staff when above and beyond when I lost something in our room and didn't realize until after check out. Housekeeping noticed in the sheets and was able to find my son's SMO braces.

Having no vending on each floor is very inconvenient. I do not want to go down to the lobby in my PJs if I decide I want a latte snack. Do not like this about this hotel. Also we have an EV and was told that you have a charger. The charger did not work. It was out of order. We had very little charge when we arrived and we had to drive even further to charge. The service was on point and the room was nice. Also the hot tub was down ☹️

I had two rooms booked. One for myself and one for my mother. My daughter requested conjoining rooms and to our luck they had one available. The bell carts at this location are a third of the size of a normal bell cart and took me several trips. The rooms are set up differently than what we are used to.To start, the bathroom has a barn door with no lock. My mother's bathroom door didn't even slide closed because the track was uneven causing the door to be slid across the floor. Second, we thought there was no closet, but later found it behind a curtain near the outside wall. Third, one of the door knobs to the conjoining room fell off everytime you tried to open the door. The doors between the conjoined rooms were dirty on the inside. Fourth, the mini fridge in both rooms did not cool so we had no way to cool our food. To top it off, after I got into my pj's the smoke alarm began to beep. I waited around wondering if I could still sleep with the noise and hoping that maybe it would go away... but it didn't. So, I got dressed and headed to the front desk. The night clerk was unable to find any spare batteries. The only thing they could offer me was to switch rooms. With a brand like Hampton, one would expect the rooms to be in tip-top shape, but that was not what we received. Upon check-out, the manager offered us points as compensation, but because I booked through a thrid party and got a promo on my rooms I could not receive compensation.

Called the front desk before check in and they put me on hold to then hang up on me after waiting a sold 10 mins. Found a syringe behind the TV. Had to go up to the front desk 3 times to have our room key re activated.

Over 15 minutes to get checked in and for staff to man the desk at around 5:25 pm 2 Dec, Person showed up around 5:43 pm. Tea and hot coca available while waiting at a vacant front desk. I knocked, and called with no response to either.

Main Doors were locked and werent unlocking even with key during night time. Rooms are very old. Some staff were good during night. Some werent helpful at all. Felt like motel 6 and over paid for it. Definetly not hamptons reputation

Tried to check inn at 2:30 room was not ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. Returned at 6:00 no one at front desk, waited, had to knock on desk to get attention. Young man looked like we woke him from a nap!!! We were suppose to have a king bed and it was a queen. Room was small ment for single person. Not our usual Hampton Inn!!!

It was OK - the first room we went too was having work done in it - ladder and tools in the room- and key cards were not working for entire stay. Staff had to let us into room every time. Very challenging- but we managed.

Door "bang" when shut. Woke up 5:30am with banging doors. Double charged for room & trying to get my money back. Computer was not working at check in. Front desk people not friendly. Nice people working breakfast area & food was good. No eating places near the hotel...rather out in no man's land.

We stayed here about a month ago. Key cards did not work. After 4 trips, from 3rd floor, still did not get a key. Manager had to let us in room at midnight. So, we give it another, our last try, and key cards still no not work to first room. We exchanged rooms, no remote for tv. Manager took one from another room, does not work. Finally found one that worked. Light bulbs burnt out in several lamps, turn bath on for a shower. Water won't shut off, shower head did not work. Had to get manager to shut water off, as knob, stuck. Will never stay at another Hampton. The stress, the fact that we are traveling with an older person that has anxiety, heart and breathing problems, just caused unnecessary anxiety for us.

This place served it's purpose. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, if you need a closet to hang up anything or an iron, you are out of luck.
