Can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was. The front desk ladies were great. On the other hand, the motel was disguising. It was filthy, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, ice machine was broken, sink and shower fixtures were broken, remote was broken. Volume didn't work on TV.

Let me start off by saying the lady that checks people in had an amazing attitude and super nice and sweet, this review is strictly about the property and the room. The room had mold on the restroom ceilings, leaking water from shower, the room itself smells like old dust and smelly carpet, and yellow stains on the fitted bed sheets. I could not get a refund due to me checking in or whatever which is whatever. I ended up finding another hotel and just staying there. Also all night theres homeless people doing deals in the parking lot. If you choose to stay here im sure you will notice everything stated above. Good Luck

Very old and dirty place its not filthy but just needs a ghod cleaning like it has never been done. Never even saw anyone clean any rooms. Out of towels, wash cloths guess for 60 dollars a place to sleep

Lights turned off in restroom area constantly and didnt turn on till morning then off again :/

I try to help out hotels that maybe dont have as many stars or get a bad rap. The room I was put in was sub standard. The heat didnt work. The shower valves were in dire need of being replaced. The shower was stained or dirty or both. They have a maintenance guy but he was no where to be found. The price charged for exchange received was lopsided.

Ineeded an accessible (handicapped) room this time only have 2 rooms 1 was out of order other one will always be occupied .ive got bad hip and knees hard for me to get down/up from toilet. You have been great place to stay but will be needing to find another place .

The property was dirty got checked into a room that was unclean the appliances in the room didn't work and couldn't be fix till Monday front door looked and felt like it could be kicked in easily

This stay was supposed to be a non smoking room, and at the front desk there is a sign saying Smoke Free complex . The room reaked of smoke, wearing white socks on the carpet, they got as dirty as if walking in the parking lot with just socks.
Cigarette burn marks all over the room , even bed sheets looked as if there were burn marks, just washed and put back on beds.
To late to make arrangements to stay somewhere else so had to deal with it.
Got home the next evening and unloading could smell the smoke smell in all the clothes. Damn nasty and won't happen again!!

Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. Roaches, huge stains on carpet, dirt all over floor, bathtub dirty, blood stains on sheets, holes in wall, ceiling falling in, mattress so old you completely sink into the bottom. No clean linens

The beds looked like twin beds, mold and rust on celing. Restroom filty. Door didnt close right so that felt unsafe. Old dingy towels. Cheapest toilet paper. Tub felt like it was going to sink in. Curtains on windows falling. No outlets easily accessible.

I felt un-safe, parking lot was dark. Many transients walking around. I had to move into another room because water didn't work. Mainly used for long-term.

The room didn’t have toiletries door didn’t close Al the way. Light fixtures didn’t have covers. Outside was not very well lit in the parking lot

Absolutely worst hotel I’ve been to. Nothing like the pictures. Room was dirty. The tub would not turn off. The toilet got clogged and flooded and had to switch rooms. Beds seemed like the just remade them being I found a hair in it. Had to switch rooms then after a shower it flooded and water came out from under the floors and from the wall across from the showers. Worst experience

AC didnt blow cold at ALL.
Broke a sweat laying in bed watching TV.
Cold water knob in shower was stripped and so no cold water AT ALL, & the hot water was scalding.
***Went to front desk and asked to be moved & was told they were BOOKED, when their parking lot was even 1/3 full..
Im SURE this was because I was using a Rewards niggt.
We didnt enjoybourselves at all and i basically WASTED my Rewards night.
Feel completely ripped off.

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel unless you don't care where you sleep. Questionable bedding. No towels except for one. No soap. No toiletries. Bathroom but cleaned well. Bed had some sort of smell. Not the cleanliest. Nor very safe. Definitely never visiting this hotel again.

First stay this week they just let customers drink alcohol beyond the legal limit and no control over them fighting and arguing throughout the night. Then this stay the bed was made but sheets were dirty and had pubes on the sheet and crumbs from food . Not to mention staff doesnt wear mask and its just gross environment. Told fromt desk person to change rooms and just said sorry nothing available and didnt offer any alternatives options

Great location.. nice and quiet..the room was very roomy and clean♥️.. pool and jacuzzi crispy clean♥️♥️ Surrounded by trees and a nice walk area to sit and relax♥️♥️♥️.Very comfortable, stores and places to eat are close by..Will definitely stay again🥰
