The location is great, you are just around the corner for the vibrant environment of Madi Gras! It was clean and safe, so it is a place that I would recommend to chose for your staying in NOLA

Centrally located in the french quarter. Quite. Close to shopping, restaurants and music. Adding a breakfast pastry area with coffee would be a plus.

Its enchanting courtyard, complete with a pool and fountain, alongside the picturesque balcony offering views of the bustling streets, greatly enhanced our New Orleans visit. The front lobby staff were exceptionally accommodating, readily attending to our every need with utmost willingness. The housekeeping team did an impeccable job in maintaining the cleanliness of our room each day. Should I return to New Orleans, this hotel would undoubtedly be my exclusive choice for accommodation.

The rooms are very clean and modern but still have that old New Orleans magic. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, which they kept us stocked with! Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the maid came by at 10 a.m. sharp every morning and we had to get up and sign her list. We also had some trouble with the shower clogging the last morning but they took care of it fairly quickly. Luckily we weren't rushing to catch a flight. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

The room we got is windowless, which is a bit strange, but we didn't actually miss it at all. We arrived at the hotel later at night, just a few minutes away from Bourbon St. The room, as well as the hotel in general, offered a tasteful blend of old and modern elements. The price was reasonable, around $138, but I found the parking to be too expensive at $42 plus tax. Despite that, I would recommend it.

Loved this hotel! Staff was very personable and friendly. Our room was sizable and very comfortable. We had a king room right next to the elevator, there was some air vent or something that banged every 5 min. It didn’t ruin our sleep, but was a little irritating. Next time we will definitely choose a courtyard room, but this will be our go-to for Nola from now on!

This was our first time staying here, i had been eyeing it sonce the last time I visited 8 years ago. Then we also had several recommendations for others for it and they weren't wrong. The property is absolutely beautiful, and had lots of little hidden tunnems and areas. I love the lobby, even if it is a touch small, it's beautifully decorated. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, especially in helping you with bags and finding you rides. You really can't beat the location, if you love the French Quarter it's right in the heart. Can be a bit loud. But it does quiet down in the area at about 10. Downsides were our room location, because it was literally across from the elevator which nearly everyone used so you could hear it beeping at all hours. Next time I would just request a different area. The room itself was lovely, beautiful bathroom, nice bed. TV is in an odd location though, directly on the left wall so you couldn't really see it unless you sat sideways on the bed. Last downside is I just wish they had some kind of restaurant, but you're in NoLa and good food is not hard to find. It was just be nice for the mornings perhaps. But not a deal breaker. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. The only complaints is the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the WiFi signal in our room was really bad so the TV didn't work and the staff was very loud in the mornings. We were trying to sleep and every morning, there were staff working right outside our door having very loud conversations with each other and on speaker phone and banging on walls and slamming doors. I would think twice about this hotel if you like sleeping in.

Great hotel. Location is perfect. We had a room on the courtyard side so it was quiet. We’ve stayed at other places in the quarter where street noise was an issue but that was not the case here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and updated facility. Definitely recommend. Half a block from Jackson Square and 1 1/2 blocks from Bourbon Street, in the heart of the French Quarter.

Nice comfortable beds. We got the double queen courtyard room and it was really beautiful. True to French market style but upgraded. You felt like you were getting the true New Orleans experience and not a chain hotel look. Our room had a full balcony and a cool brick wall inside the room adding to the charm. It is far enough off Bourbon Street that you don't hear much of the commotion, but it is right in the middle near Jackson square and Cafe de Monde. A great starting point for walking around. The way they have the separate hotel buildings surrounding the courtyard help to keep it quiet. I don't know if they have bathtubs since our room and our friends rooms both only had showers. The showers were updated and really large. Definitely would stay here again

This was an amazing place to stay while in New Orleans! It is very close to shopping and dining but is removed enough to not hear the noise. It’s a block away from Jackson Square. The staff was amazing and helpful, the grounds very clean. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make our way back!

Excellent location! In the heart of French Quarters. Walkable and safe. Friendly staff and beautiful traditional architectural buildings. Comon area balconies with a great view, and interior garden with pool. Elevator and pay parking on premises at $49. Per night unlimited in/out with valet. Highly recommended hotel. It's beautiful and the decoration in the rooms & beds are spectacular!
