Location could not have been better. Close enough to walk to Frenchman St. & other end of French Quarter. Clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 209(end of March) and it was very quiet at night. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and they let us park on site, as well as kept the car a few extra hours after check out. Overall, great stay.

No microwave and the mini refrigerator didn't work.

Location was perfect to get anywhere you needed in the city. the staff was super friendly and always greeted you.

The parking fee, but I do understand the reason being parking is a premium in the French Quarter.

Staying at Hotel Provincial was a wonderful experience. From check in- to check out everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, The location is perfect. Close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away for it to be peaceful and quite. We arrived early and the process to store our bags was very helpful. In addition we had a late flight and being able to store our bags was great because it allowed us to enjoy a full day in NOLA before going home. When we return to Nola we will absolutely stay here again. It's so close to literally everything that you want to experience about NOLA.

Well situated in the French Quarter - can access Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, Louis Armstrong Park, Frenchman Street, Riverwalk, streetcars, easy walk even to Treme.

It was mainly a noise issue. While the hotel itself is on a quiet road away from the bustle of Bourbon St, the room access is from the outside (no hallway) so it could get a bit noisy when other guests were returning to their rooms. Also the flush was super loud (and powerful, so I am ok with that). The facade was under construction while we were there so we did have to walk around it, but it's understandable since we were there on the off-season

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the pillows were heavenly. (Dad gummit, I forgot to look at them and see what brand they were.) Everyone we met were helpful and courteous, funny and sweet. (even when I was frustrated and upset.)

A sentimental keychain was lost with valet. If you have anything sentimental on your keys, take it off before you hand it over to valet. Luckily mine was found, but I was very sad and disappointed.

Great location in the Quarter, walking distance to everything. Super comfortable bed, quiet room in an historic building. Nice and helpful staff.

No food, coffee/tea available. Bar was very good but closed at 9pm. It would have been to go for dinner and come back to the hotel for a drink afterwards.
