Pretty much everything was great :)

The only issue was that some youth gang decided to monopolize the swimming pool with loud music and beers being poured into the water : the staff tried to intervene, though... But everything else really was great.

Hotel location excellent, close to attractions Enjoyed the beautiful pool and patio Mr Eddie the concierge was extremely helpful

Parking was valet literally across the street from the hotel in a gated lot. Great room, great balcony room. I wish the room would have gotten colder. It was amazing from check in to check out though. We got there early and they accommodated us fairly fast!

One street over from Bourbon Street. Valet parking. Outdoor pool. Quaint setting. Has a concierge. Very unique decor.

No daily breakfast or restaurant. Bathroom was cramped and dated. Needed more lighting.

comfy beds and pillows along with great location

tub didn’t drain well and it needs updating (my daughter wouldn’t take a bath because the tub had paint missing and just looked super old.)

I would have given the hotel a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for that random security guy that pounded on our room door at 1230 am stating we were making to much noise in our room and we had been sleep since 10pm. I mentioned it to the front desk and was told.. There was no noise complaint. I'm still baffled about that. Scared the crap out of all of us and not to mention ruined my sleep. However. I would stay there again. If it happens again. I'm gonna call them police on security! 😜
