Valet parking was expensive, no swimming pool on site, no safe in room. no microwave in room, air conditioning unit was really loud in room, the room was small

Room was clean and well set up- 2 rooms with a dividing door. Location was very convenient for walking in French Quarter and also towards downtown area. Staff were friendly. The room was recently renovated.

The way they renovated there are very few windows and natural light. but it was fine for our purposes.

Most activities were within walking distance, including restaurants

We thought when we booked our room we had a shower. We are elderly and feel it is unsafe to climb out of a tub. After check in we asked for a shower room and we felt we were punished for asking to change rooms. Our room had no view a look at a cement wall ( who comes to New Orleans with no view of the city). and our bed was a queen not a king as booked. And the bed was extremely low to the ground We paid $1100. For 3 nights pretty disappointing.

The updated rooms were a delightful surprise, providing a modern and inviting atmosphere. The hardwood floors added a touch of elegance and made the rooms feel more spacious and clean. The rooms themselves were impressively large, offering ample space to move around comfortably. And of course, the large king beds were incredibly comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep.

The only downside was the presence of noisy neighbors playing loud music.

Convenient location, clean and newly renovated.

Zero comfort amenities. No rugs on floor, no comfortable chair in room, no body lotion in bathroom, no bottle of water at check-in. Comfortable bed and enough towels, but bedding not warm enough and no extra blanket so a cold couple of nights. Very, very basic. At $225/night, they need to do better.

The location and the rooms were nice and spacious

Loved the size of the room. Especially loved how the seating area and sleeping area could be closed off by a door. Especially helpful when my husband can't sleep at night.

There isn't anything, loved it all. The bed, size of the room, location, walking distance to EVERYTHING.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff were so friendly and we super helpful, Austin was exceptional and saved one of our days by booking a swamp tour after our original company let us down. Osa was brilliant and took the time to helps us arrange a couple of other tours, Another mention for Deidre who was the friendly face each morning at breakfast. The hotel is perfectly placed just a couple of minutes walk from Bourbon, just enough for us to embrace the atmosphere and just far enough to not be disturbed by the sound. All in all a great place to stay when visiting a truly amazing city. Thank you!

there was a lot of disturbance because of the remodeling in spite of us requesting for the quiet room. We were given rooms in the most noisy area.....and could not sleep at all.... Also the toilet in one of the rooms did not work and until the time of our departure the next day it was not repaired. When we requested a 100% refund on both rooms, we were only offered a 50% discount and was asked to call the 1-800 customer service number for a full refund. However, in the meantime the hotel had charged us the full amount for the stay instead of the 50 % that was offered !!!! This was so unprofessional and dishonest on the part of your checking in/out staff.... We have stayed in your property before and have enjoyed our time there and that is why we returned......to be absolutely disapponted.....

The property is newly refurbished. Room was spacious, facilities were great especially with the adjoining ritz Carlton hotel for jazz evenings, good and drink.

The location was fantastic! It was close to Bourbon streets fun bars and activities, yet still far enough away that my daughter and I still could rest and feel safe. The staff was great with making my daughter feel special for her birthday. And my 28 year old daughter and I loved being able to have a spa day at the Ritz-carlton without having to go outside but rather a more choice of different elevators.

It is hard to find something we didn't like.

The location is perfect to visit the French Quartier. The room was very good, with a comfortable bed. The building was under renovation, so maybe the reception and breakfast area will improve in the future.

It was not possible to fully close the shower's door.

When we first arrived to the hotel we could not get in the building. We attempted to open all doors and they were all locked. We had to wait outside until an employee finally came out to let us in. There should have been a sign explaining this process or even in our check-in email would have been helpful. Due to the renovation we had to use two different elevators to come in and out of the building and to be located to our room. Made it slightly annoying as we traveled a lot out of the hotel for touring. Staff was pretty quiet and not very welcoming when coming and going. Also, bathroom floor and carpet were really dirty, not appealing at all. We stayed on the non-renovated part of the hall. Maybe once renovations are completed hotel might then be worth the price but for this overall visit, unfortunately definitely not worth what we had to pay!! Overpriced!!
