המיזוג הרעיש והיה קשה לכוון טמפרטורה. הקור היה ישירות למיטה, ובלי המזגן היה חם מדי.

The location of the hotel was great, it was the location of the room. We was given the higher floor yes but, we was told our view would be looking over the city’s view when in fact was a back alley way and half of a side street. Was upset about that part, the bathroom was very small it had more sink then bathroom, toilet was very low not good for older people. The door and sink were very close were you had to slide through.

Very small sink area - not a lot of space to put toiletries there (basics - toothbrushes & toothpaste) for a family or 4. The area might be a little shady, weird folks hanging out outside the hotel at all hours, and it smells - terrible outside. Inside the hotel, things were fine but once you walked outside… it’s dirty & stinky.

The location was great! We were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were a decent size with comfortable beds. The indoor pool was nice and warm. My kids and I really enjoyed it.

I really didn’t like anything about the property, very small, no refrigerator or microwave, located in a dirty area where homeless and drug users hanging around the hotel. I will NEVER stay there again.

The room is fine, a standard hotel room with a central location.

The bathroom is a little cramped, and lacks towel hooks and racks. Because it's right in the heart of the French Quarter, there's a lot of hubbub around the hotel at all times.

The front desk staff and valet parking staff are a bit defensive and quite confrontational when we asked details about valet Peking not very pleasant. Additionally the older gentleman who is at the front desk displayed unnecessary attitude towards when I asked for a second copy of my receipt. My roommate had already checked out and gotten the receipt but I needed another one to show valet since I misplaced my ticket . This front desk person mowers a lesson in being a bit more understanding if he is going to be part of the FRONT desk staff. Not a very good impression whatsoever. He made a crooked face at me and almost scolded me saying “You already checked out” without asking me my situation besides what does it take to get another receipt printed without all the back talk. Pure animosity , I felt like I wasn’t treated like a paying guest at the hotel but instead some homeless person from the street.
