Sam the manager came up to show me how to use the TV remote.

This was the worst hotel experience of my 49 yrs. For 95$ this is what i recieved. The tub had mold around it. The overhead main lights didn't work. The mattress was old and hard. You could feel the springs in your back and the few pillows that they gave you were razor thin. You also had to slam the door several times in order for the door latch to catch.

I've been to some bad motels, but this one was a broken down mess. From roach problems to not having light bulbs in place, other light fixtures not working, highway noise, amateur repairs on door, mildew around tub, phone cord wouldn't stay in handset, fire detector not working, bed worn out and making noise (springs), other problems...ad nauseum. Made me nostalgic for when I passed a kidney stone!

Holes in walls and doors dirty blankets. Smells a little musky. Ive stayed n red roofs other cities and they were nice this one I wouldn’t recommend

We were given 2 different rooms and the toilet was broken in both rooms and the shower was terribly dirty..

The room was gross. When we told the front desk, there were no other rooms available and they refused to give us a refund.

They need to focus on cleanliness. It is hard work but not that hard to supply clean hotel rooms.

There is not one good thing I can say about this hotel. I almost slept in my car. Do not say here. The days of finding a decent mid priced room is far and few between.

. You get what you pay for.... NOTHING more. Red Roof franchise just isn't what it used to be. Used to be a nice clean no-frills room for a cheap price. Now all you get is the cheap price. Ok for a bachelor or dude traveling alone. I don't think I'd want to be attached to any women that would be willing to stay there! And any decent parent wouldn't make their kids stay there either. Been staying at this place for several years annually while in town for the NHRA US Nationals. It gets worse every year. Will be searching other options next year. I'm done with this place. Think of it as one step up from tent camping.

Door does not close properly.

I was no please to show 3.5 stars and to find the terrible conditions for the price $ 127.00 per night. Never again

The hotel advertised for $135 for one night probably due to events in the area. While we were there, I checked the site and it was $52. I see why. The room was filthy cover in dirt, grim and dead bugs. I cleaned down everything with Lysol wipes but I had reached my limit with the 50+ dead bugs in the bathroom and the stained, nasty towels. I asked the front desk to send housekeeping and he came. I showed the bugs and he asked what I wanted cleaned!! He sprayed the middle of the floor and half mopped up the bugs. I thought we would be ok but when I woke at 1:20 am to use the restroom, 10+ roaches ran everywhere. I used what I had, which was my febreeze spray and killed what I could. I laid back down and got up about 10 minutes later and there were 20 plus roaches near my bed and the door, which I immediately begin to kill and spray. I that point I could not sleep and spent the rest of the night spraying and killing roaches on the in the room and trying no to scare my children that have never been in a room with roaches. There was no way they did not get into our food and luggage. I had to dispose of all the snacks and when we reached a rest stop, we had to empty and shake out our luggage as to try and not take this infestation into our home. I have never been in a place like this and will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. I want a FULL refund for this no rest stay!

The air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a plane taking off every time it cycled on. The toilet after flushing and refilling was also super loud. There was only one nightstand. There were no lamps except over the bed. There was no rug or carpet to wipe your feet. The bathtub was gross. There is a shelf to hang clothes right by the sink that sticks out and is easy to crack your head on. The bed was okay. The staff on check-in/check-out were friendly. Only good thing I can say.

Check-in was quick and easy and the room was clean and all expected amenities were included.

Front desk lady was rude, short, and nonchalant. Room bedding was dirty, stained, smelly. Shower was rusted and dirty.

It was super quiet and in a nice area.

The sheets and comforters were stained and dirty in multiple rooms. I had to ask to switched to a different room because I was not going to sleep in disgusting sheets.

The place was very dirty and gross. If I had not already paid I would have gotten a refund and left. I will not be going there again.

I’m totally down to stay in a bargain hotel and I feel like all I really want out of my stay is cleanliness and hot water. Here we had one of those two things and it was the later. After using the toilet it leaked from the hook up across the bathroom floor. There was half eaten doughnuts left in the sage and string cheese packs stuffed in between the bed and the side table. The beds were full size beds sitting on a queen sized metal frame with several stained bedding. The bathroom floor had hair and gunk all over it (probably from reoccurring floods). The walls even had grime splatters on them.

This hotel is neglected, in disrepair, and extremely dirty. It is completely misrepresented to hotel.com customers. The linens and towels were not laundered and dirty. There was visible mold in the shower and dirt and dust throughout the room. Not only was it dirty, but it is a borderline health risk given the amount of dust and mold. This needs to be removed or properly represented for what it really is.

Thankfully the attendant was helpful after check in. Our room was not so good. The bedding was filthy and we had to get new ones. All it seemed as if they just made the bed from whoever stayed there last. The sheets had dog foot prints on them and covered in stains. The towels were dirty so we had to have them replaced too. The bath towel was wet and moldy. Very nasty. Folks if your going to run a motel/hotel common rule is you strip the rooms and replace with clean sheets and towels for the new costumer. Also I’ve never stayed in a room without a fridge. Yes it seems they are remodeling, but if a room isn’t ready don’t put people in it.

first off, i reserved a king bed room, in advance, and when we got there, we were told it was unavailable unless we wanted a different room with no tv. so we lost our room that we already reserved. garbage and trash scattered along the entire property and not once were the trashcans emptied. when we got there, the bed cover AND sheets were both stained, on both beds. the towels were also disgusting. the lights weren’t working. the tv was awful. never go here. also!!!!! $50 deposit fee that no one is ever told about.

Holes in Wall, Chipped paint, Dirty Towels; asked for New ones; No Staff on Duty. Holes in Pillows covers. Banging on Walls all night & Noises.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever booked a room at. So dirty that we booked at a different hotel and left. Top comforter covered with stains. Room smelled bad. Bathroom with stains in tub and area around the toilet dirty. Save yourself time. Do not book here!

Person at the front desk was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
