Our suite was clean and spacious. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. That went out of their way to help with any questions.

Service was great at checkin. Room smelled like mildew. Beds and pillows are comfortable but the fact the room had stuff on the walls, curtains and walls affected my overall comfort. I would not stay here again.

The first room I was in the Tv world not come on even after she gave me a second remote. The room was close to the hwy and I could not get a nap, because I had drove for 4 hours. They moved me to another room in the middle and I was able to get some sleep and the TV work.

Employee at check in did not give any info about breakfast times or where the elevator was to get to our room. Very short. Upon arriving at room they have given us a double bed instead of king that we had booked.

First given directions for wrong door to enter. Then the keys would not unlock door. Went back to desk and she reprogrammed the keys. They worked, but our room was on the opposite side of the hotel. When we got back later, the keys once again would. It work for the outside door. Other than this, the hotel was fine.

The hotel was nice & clean .. the bed linens were clean & beds were comfortable. 6am the people in the room above ours apparently decided to stomp around. Then we went downstairs for breakfast. There were lots of things to choose from. I fixed my coffee & a plate of food. We ended up throwing our food away because there wasn’t enough seating.

The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable when we checked in. They did not service it though, even when requested, and we were there for 6 days. We got our own towels, toilet paper, and took our trash out. The front desk seemed timid and just wanted me to leave, and I'm not a confrontational person so I found it odd to see someone more timid than me! The location was perfect for our needs.

The only issue which was minor was our room faced the interstate highway and the traffic was heard throught the night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

The staff was so nice! We chatted with them and they answered all my kids questions. The hotel was beautiful and i felt very much at home. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean, the lobby looked updated and inviting, and the front desk attendants were always super friendly. My daughter even got into the pool for a little bit after the game. The only reason, that I personally rated the comfort low is because the beds are only doubles. My family is all 5'-8" and above, so we really need queen size beds. It was a game weekend, so I was trying to watch the cost, however, moving forward, I will/need to pay closer attention to the size of beds. I'm not sure why any hotel still uses doubles instead of queens!! Either way, I will most likely not stay here again with my family and only if it's just my husband & I visiting our student. The breakfast was fully stocked and the hotel was nice, it just comes down to the beds for us!
