All was good until I had to use the toilet it literally had the worst seat I’ve ever sat on!!

Everything was great!!!!

Lobby smelled like marijuana, the bathroom smelled like an ashtray. Beds weren’t comfortable, stains on the sheets, old bubble gum on the counter, something smeared on wall in the bathroom. Not a great place to take your family. It ended up being the longest game of “floor is lava” of our lives.

I booked a room with one queen bed instead of two but I got to check in earlier so that was awesome. Also the overrun down of the parking lot. I liked how the rooms were clean.

Staff was amazing. It was a spur of the moment stay we didnt even have clothes. The front desk lady gave us a charger box. The condition of the room was rough. Base boards peeling off bathroom door frame away from wall. Beds were comfy. Hot water in tub

We where first given a dirty room, then after getting another room the key didn't work, the second set of keys barley work. Counter lady was nice its not her fault the room wasnt clean. But the room we ended up with DEFINITELY wasnt a queen bed

While this is not a luxury motel, it is clean and very comfortable. There are no couches, and one chair at the desk, and one oversized chair. For the rate that is charged, it is certainly a nice property.only problem is that the front desk clerk had to come in and change out the telephone as the origional one on site did not work.

We need more hotels like this no frills, serviceable, at a good price.

There wasn’t a pool or hot breakfast like Expedia showed on their site about Boarders, then to top it off. Black hairs were in the bed closest to bathroom & on top of comforter next bed over.
I could tell the bed wasn’t freshly made, just put back together looking like it was, the floor felt tacking to, wasn’t humid either.
I use to be a Housekeeping Supervisor at a Sheraton Hotel many years ago, yet I still haven’t that eye for details..
The GM ( Chris ) was a decent man to chat with upon checking in, I know it’s hard to find good help these days still. Just no excuses for dirty bed sheets & comforter.

Upon arrival got checked in quickly wich was awesome but once we hit our room the kids started opening drawers as they do in a new hotel and find an old used towel and trash the room seem to smell very musty also the breakfast was a joke it was a couple muffins and fruit loops but all in all at 63 a night seemed like an ok place to sleep

Cobblestone is usually a go to for me but this is a Super 8 that closed and they apparently just rebranded it. I’ve stayed at some well kept Super 8s, this definitely wasn’t one of them. Doesn’t look like they’ve done much to improve the conditions.

A/C unit intermittently make weird knocking noise.
Checked out early and stayed in different hotel for my last night stay.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. We were missing a shower rod and curtain. I informed the front desk. We left for a soccer match. When we got back, the issue was resolved with no mess. Our tv was not working and in less than 30 minutes the manager came. He moved the tv out and replaced the tv with another. Things were wrong but when I pointed the issues out, they were very quickly resolved.

I PAID FOR THE ROOM, GOT THERE AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO ROOMS.

Way understaffed and under maintained. Had a "closed" sign on the front door when we arrived. The parking lot was empty so it looked possible. Fortunately, the maintenance man was inside and checked us in. He was trying to hold the place together but it appears the owner is the problem. Won't stay there again.

Toliet over flowed, frig didnt work, tv didnt work, but the Beds were comfortable, it was quiet.

The room door didn't close or lock. They never got a card key to work on this room. They evenually moved us to a different room after much complaining. That room had two tv's of which one didn't work and the other one was hooked to an antenna sitting in the window that didn't even get the local channels. Experience was very unpleasant. Staff was not very helpful

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, just a number to call. We reached the clerk and were told that he was out getting supplies for the next morning's breakfast and would be back in ten minutes. Once we checked in, there was standing water in our sink. When this was pointed out, we were quickly relocated to the next room over.

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. After we checked in our front desk person put a sign up if you need help call him and left. The room safety latch was broken and there was nobody there but us. No cable TV, there was a wire running out our window for the arial. No lights in the parking lot. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS HOTEL!!! no breakfast but the front desk person was back in the morning and offered us coffee.

I don't like being negative, but my time here mostly was. Arrived to a completely empty hotel, and needed management to drive over to check me in. On my floor, every door was wide open (I guess for cleaning?) which just struck me as odd.
For the amenities, the internet wasn't really working. I had to receive the wifi password by hand after checking in, and when I lost it, management didn't respond to me asking about it again.
The nail in the coffin was the lack of breakfast, despite it being advertised. Other than a bunch of bananas, a single granola bar and bag of Cheez-its, the breakfast area was empty. There was a waffle machine, but no batter? I dunno. The banana was fine though
It seems like a one-man operation at the moment, which is admirable. But after staying here, I understand why it's nearly completely empty on 4th of July weekend :-/

Biggest issue was no WiFi. Cleanliness was also definitely subpar.
