The hotel looks much better online than reality. It is in really tough condition. The pool has a haze like it hasn’t been functional for a year. My room did not have any linens. The smoke detector beeped all night. There was a dead mouse on one of the wall ways outside that has been there for a long time, can’t believe no one got rid of it.

Doors don’t shut right, the door to use your card on to get back into building didn’t shut, we had a none smoking room the blanket had 2 burnt holes on them. No pictures on walls, no coffee maker, no shampoo or other bathing items , the pool was not working daughter was upset about that ,

The hotel smells of smoke and mildew, there are questionable people on the premises, in the halls and hanging out in the parking lot and lobby all hours. But the worst part is they have BED BUGS!!! My brother took several videos to show the manager. I also asked her to please come to the room so she could see them herself but she refused. I wanted a refund but she said that she does not have that authority and I would have to speak with the owner. After waiting for 45 minutes she finally got a hold of the Owner. He was extremely rude and informed me they do not have bed bugs and they would not refund my money. I had to argue with him for ten minutes to get corporate’s phone number !

When we walked in the whole front area smelled of smoke. Walking through it never got better We had two rooms one og the rooms lights did not work and there were cigarette burns on the top blanket. The while room smelled an ashtray. I have 2 chilren that are extremely allergic to smoke

Noisy! Could hear every noise from the hallway to the parking lot. Closed pool due to maintenance but it looked as if nothing was wrong with the pool and this wasn’t a concern of the management.

Beds weren't very comfortable, no coffeemaker, microwave.. very few amenities.. lucky thete was an airpot with coffee on the morning and our light over sink bulb burnt out. Good location. An overnight stay was enough any longer not recommended!

Clean and reasonably priced. Pet friendly too!

The place was a wet mess

The male daytime receptionist, slender, Indian-American gentleman was very rude. We asked for help on how to use the TV because the channel buttons didn't work you had to use different buttons and he took it upon himself to close our window and shut our curtains and then say you can't just be pressing all the buttons on a remote like we were uneducated on how to use a TV remote. He was also very unpleasant during check in, nothing unprofessional, but definitely did not seem happy to want to be there or help the guest.

Had a good quiet stay.

While they did try to update the property corners we’re definitely cut. First room I was given I walked in and it smelled like sewage and the toilet was leaking and had flooded the bathroom. 2nd room was better. Also thought it was crap they charge a 20 dollar deposit for your room keys. The pool is down there’s no coffee and parking is awful. But you get what you pay for and it was a place to rest my head for a night.

No amenities at all. Pool was down for maintance didn't let us know so had packed swim wear. Didn't shovel snow off all sidewalks. Cheap rate but I would pay a little more and stay somewhere with amenities and cleaner. Wifi not even password protected but enforces twenty dollar deposit.

It's supposed to be smoke free. But when we walked in to check in it smelled so strong of marijuana it was not funny.

It was not the price they said it was online.i was quoted $50 for a room when I get there I ended up paying $97, and they didn't even give me my deposit back.never staying here again. Worst motel ever!!

Took forever to check in. Barely any pillows and blankets. Shower was broken and very loud.

The room I was in, the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush very well so it got clogged and no plunger, plus whenever anyone took a shower upstairs water leaked from the light. If your going to say free coffee have free coffee cause I got up at 6:30 and no coffee and by the time we left at 7:45 still no coffee so I will never stay at this one again or if I do bring my own coffee pot.

Property is ok for one night travel. Beds are not comfortable. Both staff that I had met were very nice. A domestic a few door down was reported, staff attended to the disturbance immediately.

For two years now during the Irish festival in Iowa their ice machine has been broken down and the pool was closed "for repairs."

This hotel is a complete DUMP! The TV didn't work, the remote control was held together with black electrical tape. The front desk person was wearing a dirty zip up hoodie with all kinds of sketchy logos and associations all over it and a black handkerchief with skulls and cross bones tied over her head. In the specific hotel room the metal fittings on the shower and tub were all broken or cracked, the window glass was held together with clear tape, other guests on the first floor were handing "things" such as money and small handheld size objects through the windows. The bedding had multiple burn holes, however it smelled clean, kinda? The floor was laminate thankfully but also had stains and burns on it. The side entrance that should have a key card lock on it for safety, had duck tape wrapped around the exit push bar, re-enforced by a washcloth knotted around it, allowing everyone in the world into the back door of the hotel. If you are looking for a quick hook up spot or to make some sort of shady deal, this is your place. If you are expecting a decent but clean room without a huge price tag, you will not find that here. Spend the extra $50 and go to the Hampton across the street like we ended up doing. This place is an abomination and needs to be burned to the ground. Just gross and scary. DO NOT bring children of any age to this place!!

We cancelled our reservations upon check-in. The rooms smelled terribly of mildew. There were stains on the bedding. There was a leak in the ceiling in the hallway. With my grandson's and daughter's allergies, we couldn't take the chance of staying with the mildew and mold.

I liked that we were able to check in 10 mins early. What i didnt like was that 1. Bathroom did not look so had no privacy. 2. The shower rod was broken so water could have gotten everywhere. 3. The lights worked when they wanted to. 4. Where they put the extra towels ot was NOT cleaned. But other than that. I slept well. It was nice and quiet. I felt safe and had walmart not to far from where I was and staff was friendly.

The bed sheets had burns in them, the TV didn't work unless you had the light on (TV cables were connected to the light switch for some reason), cable didn't even work, musty smell. I loved the lady who helped us. It was her first day back from maternity leave, and she was right on task and helped us so many time!

Room had missing smoke detector. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. A/C did not work properly. Found 1 roach. Wifi unusable. Fellow traveler's room did not lock properly and the management knew in advance.

Broken tiles in bathroom. Dirty sheets. Waited 10 minutes for the staff to check in.

Very dirty. First room reeked of smoke. Next room the ac didn’t even have a cover on it. The comforter had stains on it. The main lobby has no ac and the pool is not open. O and my bathroom light went out so had to shower in the dark.
