Tired rooms, paper thin walls, but great staff .Needs to be gutted and rehabbed.

I hate it when there’s a gap and sun comes in the curtains. Also it took me over 45 minutes to phone hotels .com and get checked in because I was trying to redeem my rewards and their was some issue with hotels .com getting declined.
I believed the hotel was trying to run it for too great amount.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The only issue we had was the size of the bathroom. Small and cramped but very clean.

We've stayed here multiple times and was generally satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Haven't been here in about a year. It's definitely gone DOWN HILL! Not as well cared for. DIRTY carpet. First they tried to give us a room that was filled with rank cigarette smoke. Dogs everywhere! YUCK. We won't be coming back.

The first room smoke detector beeping moved to a different room. Beds comfortable. Had a restaurant and club attached made it nice for eating. I would stay here again.

Usually great service-quality. There is an issue with breakfast lady telling me (2nd time) that staying in Radisson I wouldn't be allowed to have breakfast for free, that there's a 50% charge...this should be clarified.

Property has hot tub advertised in website when asking clerk where hot tub is he was short and immediately asked if I just wanted a refund immediately after check in. Due to not my and wife’s medical conditions we were wanting a hot tub on New Year’s Eve. I suggest you take picture of pool and edit . It is very misleading!

The Property is defiantly poorly maintained. The room and hallways were pretty beat up. Room had a strange smell that I couldn't quite identify. Even the towels had the smell. Strangely it was only the room that had this smell though. I found one of the exterior doors by the fitness room broken and would not close/latch so security of the floor I was on was minimal I'd say. For the money I paid, it was acceptable, but that's it.

As usual, my accessable room was clean and comfy. This was my third overnight stay with 30 days and I have never been disappointed by the facilities or the welcoming staff. My "go to" Radisson when in Iowa City.

Bed is comfortable, however the bathroom needs major remodel or cleaning. Our room had a cockroach! Customer service is good but wont stay here again. there are other hotels in the area that cost the same. I wish I did more research.

Room smelled as if it use to be a smoking room. Cleaning could have been done better. Housekeeping brought the person that previously stayed in our room to look in it for his airpods. I thought housekeeping themselves were coming. Bathroom rug had spots all over it when I went to use it.

This Hotel is dated needs to be updated. Rooms and hallways smelled like Pot Smoke would not reccomend it till they update.

The hotel has not been well maintained. In addition, the cleanliness was less than desirable. There was a moldy damp smell, and the room was run down. I would question if my linens were changed, as they were inside out with a dark spot.

We stayed here as it was the Wedding referred hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Only negative is the Bathroom was small (even for 2 people). We would stay again!

It was very clean. The refrigerator didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The restaurant there was very nice and convenient.

The person that checked us in had a monotone disposition. He was not inviting at all. He was attentive but it seemed like he was strictly there to fulfill his duties and go home. The restaurant was ok but the menu didn't have good selections conducting the price of the good. I would not go back to the restaurant.

The smell in the hotel as soon as you walk in was awful, smelled like a sewer line broke. Then we get to our room, the carpet is so dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, there was mold behind the door and wallpaper lifting up. The shower head hardly worked…would not recommend this hotel!

The Radisson is an older hotel, but staff is very welcoming and keep the property in very good condition!

We stayed for graduation weekend. The staff were all very kind. Unfortunately, this property has aged since our first stay 5 years ago. There were large areas with cob/spider webs. There was a lot mold growing on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Luckily we weren’t in the room much at all. I would not stay here again.

No one at front desk when trying to check in. Booking sad complementary breakfast. There was none and when asked, they said they stopped that. Didn’t compensate in any way.

It was the cheapest but still not worth what we paid. It felt run down and the service was non existent. The only good thing was the waiter in the restaurant where we had breakfast was very nice and accommodating.

Hotel is run down and in dire need of updating. Not the level of quality I’m used to with the Radisson brand. Also, housekeeping was knocking on doors at 8:30 am on Sunday morning, which is pretty early.

The room did not look as nice or clean as the photos. There were wrappers under the bed and a pop bottle that we could see when we walked in.

The only reason I stayed the night was because while everything appeared either stained, dirty, or broken it was clean. This hotel is so far beyond needing updating (I usually hate when people say that) it just needs an entire renovation. Everything had something wrong and I mean everything. The walls, lamps, toilet seat, furniture, and even the remote had a large broken gap. There are so many hotels in the area I’d totally skip this one until they renovate.

Room smelled like Marijuana, mold on ceiling, property unclean. Had to ask to cancel/ refund and find different accommodations. Horrible experience

The pictures are deceiving. The rooms are not as nice as they look. I booked a king suite and it was smaller than they make it look and the bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling.
