Definitely my favorite place to stay and I will for sure only be going there for now on

I loved the view of our room and how nice and clean everything was and I appreciate all the people who were working because even when they were super busy they still were so very nice and helping and they were all respectful and caring and I’ve never stayed at a hotel with that generosity

Only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a microwave because most places I’ve stayed has had one but other than that it was perfect

It was a perfect place to stay with a great lively location.

Very fancy feel with awesome staff!

Hot water and cold water in the shower were mixed up.

Very good

The exercise facility was a major improvement from 5 years ago (more and better equipment). The rooms have also been upgraded in the last 5 years.

The k-cup coffee maker didn't work. I didn't like having to pay for parking.

Our room did not cool down. It was warm during the night even though we tried to turn the temp down.

It was a frustrating evening.

Left too early for breakfast. Location was fine.

We had to wait 3 hours for a working television, which kept us up later than we wanted to be, given that we had an early start in the morning.

hotel under restoration, but it was quiet, clean and improved over our last stay there,

did not eat any meals at the hotel

access to a separate parking garage did not work with my room card, just a minor inconvenience

Facility was phenomenal. Great location. Comfortable bed.

The breakfast wasn't included & no one told my husband before he began choosing things to eat. Disappointing it wasn't included especially for the high price of room!

Renovated rooms and friendly staff - plus nice outdoor amenities.

Location was perfect, near shopping and restaurants and right off I-80. We also enjoyed the walking path and scenic nature areas right behind the hotel. We also fished in the pond and caught carp with corn. We got an updated room, and it was wonderful.

It's not what I expected, but I would give it another chance.

The location was good with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was great and very helpful. Parking was easy and nearby, though not connected to the hotel.

The room smelled like raw sewage when the fan/air was running. Luckily, it wasn't that hot out, and we were able to sleep with it off. Could easily hear the people in the next room through the connecting room door.

Very disappointing. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Did not get rooms that were booked. When turned on water, at first was a rust looking color and after running, it would clear. Mattress was broke down and uncomfortable. Unable to connect to wi-fi as directions stated. Hair dryer did not work.

nice place, good price, but major glitch

very nice atmosphere and appointments.

My room did not have hot water till about 15 minutes after running. was offered to be moved. but at 1am was too tired. maintenance person explained what was happening. this room should not have been given to a customer. next day I was prepared to wait for my hot water but it never did arrive. a Luke warm bath 😑

Overall had a very restful sleep, great coffee in room in the morning and a wonderful shower!

REALLY NEEDS A MICROWAVE IN ROOM Needs to be easier access from parking ramp to hotel when you are a woman traveling alone. No carts in area of parking ramp to put luggage on

Nice stay in a great location with friendly staff

The hotel is beautiful in a great location. The staff were really friendly, and were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Parking was very easy and overall it was a great stay.

I would recommend having expanded hours for the River's Edge Coffee and Bites.
