The accommodations were very good. The breakfast was excellent & personnel there were great. Location was good. The desk personnel checking in that evening were good; but, the check out personnel were curt bordering on ruse. When asked for a copy of the checkout bill i was told they did not have a printer & could not provide that. I paid them directly there but no receipt was given. Upon further inquiry they said I booked through a 3rd party service & would have to get one from them. Upon requesting it from them I was told that since I paid at the hotel I would have to get one from the hotel but they offered to contact the hotel on my behalf to secure a detailed receipt. After an extremely long hold on the phone their rep responded he had to get the info from the general mgr but had done so & would provide the breakdown receipt for me but also the hotel would send me one to my email address. The booking agents were professional & went above & beyond to help. The hotel did NOT. I do not underdtand how a Hyatt branded hotel can act like this nor how they do not have a printer to provide this vital information. This put a negative damper on what otherwise was a good place to stay. They need to improve & correct this ASAP.

The room with two Queen beds and one sofa bed is spacious and clean. The service is not satisfactory. Never refilled the body wash that was empty the first day.

I was in room 212, which was next to the elevator mechanical room. This room was very noisy from the elevator.

Everything was just as requested. Very caring staff.

My overall stay was not an excellent experience due to the issues involving the room. The television did not work. Also the outlets where the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot were at did not work. I was not able to heat up my food or keep my beverages cold. The sink outside the bathroom was slightly stopped up. When maintenance came to our room, he informed us that the issue with television and outlets had been reported the day before we checked in, but we were still placed in the room. The staff was very helpful in trying to help us resolve the issues, but it was still a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.
