We were greeted warmly and friendly. The staff understood that we needed to store our luggage since we were early to our check-in. We also had friends who were with us but departing that evening. They allowed us to store their luggage as well and, got us a room so our physically disabled friend could rest. I can't say enough about how the staff was so accommodating! They were just fantastic! Thank you again for everything, God bless you all.

Best breakfast! Hot eggs, bacon, sausage and crisp potatoes. Lots of choices. Beds were comfy, choices of pillows, soft sheets. Perfect after a long travel day! Quality dove products (soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner). Highly recommend!

Lovely property with well equipped rooms, incredibly comfortable beds and a breakfast with extensive options. My only complaint if I had to have one was that the temp in the room was too hot (22 C) and we couldn’t change it. Enjoy this property when I do layovers, 3yr in row and will continue to.

Our room was right next to the housekeeping room and heard the noise while sleeping, but the room had good lighting, clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I had four different interactions with hotel staff, and in each case, they were thoughtful and kind. For example, as we were walking to the elevator, a maid walking ahead of us pressed the elevator call button. When we caught up, she smiled and said the elevator was for us and continued down the hall. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and in a safe location. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Everything was great would highly recommend, only draw back would be limited dining within walking distance, especially if raining. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Secured, covered parking is excellent. Staff was great. Free breakfast is kept hot and the area is always clean. Very convenient location from airport and Richmond. Feels very safe. Very reasonable pricing. Will stay there again.

It is at a very convenient location. Very clean, quiet and comfortable bed. The room is spacious by Richmond BC standard.

Great stay, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The shuttle pick up and drop off was a bonus. The room had a microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Very comfortable bed and a nice modern bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
