We were in between apartments so we spent a few nights in various Vancouver hotels (SureStay, La Quinta, Days Inn). We had the most comfortable stay here. The hotel was recently refurbished and everything felt clean and new. The staff on duty in the morning was always friendly. He helped us recover passports that we forgot and left in the safe.

Hotel was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and the staff were so hospitable.

Updated rooms, easy to get around the area and we walked to Castle Fun Park. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and we had it to ourselves both times we went. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is great; its a good 3 to 4 star hotel.....can be noisy on the Highway side, but overall, good value

I booked what I thought was a king suite. But it was actually a junior suite. I expected a separate bedroom with the king bed but was presented with a jr suite that has the king bed just in the main room. The explanation given was that Expedia uses photos from the hotel website as it sees fit. Therefore I was misled as to what I was actually booking. Other than that, the only other complaint was to no fault of the hotel itself. Just no wifi which made the stay more complicated. Due to weather and power outages, no fault of the hotel itself. Overall it left me disappointed but the outage was no fault of the hotel itself.

The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. We were travelling with 2 dogs and there was plenty of room with them. The property was right off the highway so it was convenient for the next day leaving for home. The discount for White Spot was nice!! Good breakfast was had. The only drawback was there wasnt a lot of space to let the dog out. There's only parking lot so no real green space nearby. It worked for one night.

Hotel was nice. Some parts were maybe a little dated, but it appeared they were in the midst of doing some upgrades here and there. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the shower was great and had some pretty intense water pressure. We'd stay again.

Wonderful hotel to stay with children. The Junior Suit with the pull out was great for our family of four. Clean, renovated, and quiet room. The highway does face the Junior suits but it honestly sounds like a sound machine running all night. Didn’t bother us. Great to have the White Spot attached for dining and also walkable distance to Castle Fun Park. Great hotel in Abby.

Great place to stay! If you’re passing through town, it’s right off of the highway which made it very convenient. Comfortable beds, everyone that worked there was so lovely and kind. Not from around here but would definitely stay again.

Very nice pool and hot tub. White spot restaurant was excellent.

Our room was nice and clean but cool. So we turned off the AC and turned up the heat. Then all of a sudden smoke detectors were going off and screaming and yelling at us and scaring the crap out of us. And a really bad strong smell of smoke. So we contacted front desk they came up and decided yes that we needed a different room because it smells so bad of smoke. Then they went to give us another room but it was a downgrade, I believe that was an accident. Once I mentioned the downgrade then we removed and upgraded to a business king. Once again the room was cool so we shut off the AC and turned up the heat and once again the fire alarm and smoke alarm started going off. I mentioned to the front desk that maybe it's time to clean all the heaters as elderly people would be coming in and wanting the rooms warmer. Those alarms would give anybody a heart attack! Staff was friendly and helpful!
