I have stayed at a La Quinta hotel before in Tennessee so I reserved the room with the same expectations. Boy was I wrong! The room was filthy! Bedding, floors, the chair in the room stained, the bathroom was covered with pubic hairs, did I mention our lamp shade in between the beds was stained as well! The bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of musty mold. The only thing about this hotel that was ok was the service. Friendly staff. Other than that don’t waste your money.

This hotel is very convenient to the Atlanta airport if you need a room before or after a flight. The shuttle service is excellent, staff is knowledgeable and courteous plus there is excellent professional security on the premises.

We were in room 401 and the temperature never got below 75 even though we had the air set to 60 degrees. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Close to the airport. Parking costs $10 per day. Room was nicely appointed, but bathroom was small. It was hard to regulate the air conditioning, and it was very loud.

Walls are paper thin, could hear everything in the halls! The water pressure was something to be desired for. Literally like a trickle coming out of the shower. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Just not a great experience.

Great choice for a one-night stay with an early morning flight out of ATL. My flight was too early for me to get the included breakfast. Shuttle was quick and driver was friendly. Hotel is next to a gas station with multiple food options and a McDonald's, Ruby Tuesday and other eateries nearby. Friendly staff, easy check in.

1st off, when i tried to check in the receptionist gave me another persons reservation with the same name as mine. My reservation was given to the other person with my name that checked in early that day. I ended up being charged for his reservation and mine before they even figured out what happened. Now im waiting on over $600 to be released back into my account. If i give you my ID and the address dont match on the reservation its not me. Now i gotta wait to make sure i get my money back

The shower had some mold in it. The pool was empty. I like to swim for exercise so I was really disappointed that the pool (advertised on hotels.com) was empty.

We were in town to enjoy to visit. Our stay was for 3 days, while there we enjoyed the service and welcome we received at the front desk from Karima, we were also greeted in the mornings by Elcie and Stephanie during breakfast. The room was adequate and the location was very good.

From my personal experience it wasn’t that good as I experienced in others La Quinta, sink was clogged, old and not modern at all, elevator has an safety issue when it goes up and down, the room card get disabled every day for some reason, pretty much they had to fix it before I go to the room, the area is not that cool and I never felt safe, is it not a 8 score hotel by far. I recommend stay no more than 2 days if you decide to come, but your experience could be better than mine.

When I made this reservation, it did not indicate there would be $100 hold. When i got tonthe hotel, they said i had to have a $100 hold on my credit card. This is such a racket since it takes 3-5 business days for the credit, after I check out without any issues with my room.

My overall experience with this hotel has always been great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk staff was great. The only thing that I would say is a negative is the fact that it wasn't advertised or told that the incidentals for one night went up to $100 and $200 for 2 nights or more. I was surprised by that when we came to check in.

The hotel and staff were great! It was friendly and comfortable. I was able to get a good little work out in too! I will def be back. The only drawback was that they did not honor or recognize my gold status with one key even though they are listed as a VIP property. So I was unable to get the free parking and upgrade. But the customer service agent with Hotels.com provided great service and made it worth my while!

I love it !
Room was super clean , good size and comfortable. Dove mini soap , shampoo and conditioner at my bathroom was a great surprise.
Breakfast it was good . They offer fresh waffles , scrambled eggs , orange juice , yogurt, cereal ,bagels , French toast , fresh apples and bananas. Nothing to complain . Parking lot was ok and free , each was great!
Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood… couple restaurants in walking distance . For the kids , McDonald is across the street .
Nothing to complain . Honestly , for the price I was really not expecting all this .

Was a little bit busy because a shuttle dropped a bunch of us off but the gal at the front desk 9pm 3/5/24 was efficient and friendly and it took about 10 minutes to get our key. It didn’t open our door but she was attentive and quick to respond. The sheets and towels were clean, bed comfortable however there was a small piece of paper and some dirt on the floor in front of the door probably wasn’t swept or vacuumed. And the small cloth seat next to the bed had dark stain and some white crumbs on it that would have easily been vacuumed or wiped off.

The staff was extremely nice! The room was decent. The sheets smelled so fresh & clean. The air conditioning did not work entirely. It was not hot but not as cool as I wanted it to be. The plug outlet next to the bathroom did not work.

Nice hotel. Very friendly Staff and very clean. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants. Next door to a Gas station/convenience store so it tends to be very busy and a little loud. Especially at 4:30 am when the truck comes by to empty the dumpsters. Would stay there again.

I was charged $10 for something, maybe parking but I was told by Expedia that I qualified for free parking! So what was this charge for? I was only there less than 12 hours and left before breakfast was out

Very comfy and excellent beds. What I did not like is that I spoke with one of the cleaning staff and notified them that my room did not need new bedding but just new towels and regular cleaning and she completely ignored my request and did not clean my room.

The staff was incredibly nice. They give continental breakfast with hot items. They also provide ice lemon and cucumber water which I love. The nearby gas station had cheaper snack and drink options. Will definitely go again and it’s so close to the airport.
