Stayed on stopover Atlanta to New York. Shuttle was excellent and even offered to pick us up from the airport when we dropped our rental car off. Reception staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Hotel is going through modernisation of rooms but our room was clean and confortable which is all you need for a one night stop. Free parking and breakfast a plus. Why would you pay more for a hotel when this one gives you extras free.

The establishment was nice. The staff was good and professional. I wish that there were phones in the rooms so that you don't have to travel to the front desk for everything. Also they need more towels in each room especially when there's more than 1 person in there. Other than that, everything else was good.

The washroom door handle was broken . There was hair on towels and were dirty.The floor carpet smelled so bad .

This was an older property, and the facilities were not clean. They were, however, doing upgrades. There were no phones in any of the rooms.

Had to book this hotel last minute late in the evening due to flight cancellation- great check in - so pleasant even when we had had a very long day and it was now close to midnight. Breakfast was very varied - lots of good choices and again such pleasant service Our best finish was the hotel shuttle which we found out didn’t go to the International airport but because we were the only customers and didn’t know that the driver took us there anyway👍 we knew the rest of the day was going to work out and it did.

Staff was polite and accommodating. The hotel itself is dated and the surrounding area is definitely sketchy. Worried that our vehicle would get broken into overnight.

Very Disappointed!!! The hotel was below average. Difficulty locating, unfriendly staff, no wake-up service, limited amenities. These are the some of the reasons why I gave them a low rate.

Pretty good place to stay. 1st Room was dirty they immediately put me in a very clean one. There was a string of car break ins thanksgiving day but i would chalk that up to it being the holidays… (don’t keep anything in your car)

Enjoyed my 7hr stay. Bathroom was a little small. But bed was comfortable and clean.

The lady that checked us in deserves a raise!!!! She was so sweet and organized. We had a terrible day and she made it all better. Coins or hav asked for bette service! The hotel itself was okay, we did see a few bugs that creeped us out. Luckily we only stayed one night if not e would have left. But Dominica is the best!! Give her a promotion!

They do not have a front desk phone or any way of communication over the phone. Also they hold over $200 over what we paid for one night.

Many cars were broken into over night, including my rental. Staff did not seem surprised. Just told me take a picture of police report. Also air conditioning did not work in the room.

It provided enough sleeping beds for a family of 5. All the staffs was nice and the ladies in the breakfast lounge were very attentive and the food was great. Although its a time of year where the pool doesn't get used, it should have been covered or kept clean, visually it wasn't apealing. Otherwise we had a great stay.

I would give this a five star but there was a few things that I didn’t like. When I got here between 6:30pm - 7pm I asked about the restaurant and they said that it was closed. I would think it would stay open until at least 9pm. The water takes a very long time to get hot. Heater seems to take a long time to warm up. Seems that only 1 elevator work and it moves very slowly. However, Emerald was very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet and breakfast was good. This was a basic room. If you are looking for a place to lay your head, have a good breakfast, have some peace and quiet, this place fits the criteria. Paid a decent price.

The location was excellent if staying near the airport. The front desk and breakfast people were superb, so friendly and helpful. What prevented a higher rating was one of the bus drivers for the airport shuttle was very unfriendly. When you spoke to him he never replied, even when thanking him for the lift. It seems our traveling to the airport was an inconvenience to some more important tasks he had to perform. Also the room was not cleaned on day one so we had to ask for toiletries for the next morning. It is a shame because the people were so friendly and we loved our time with them.

No phone in room had to call from cell to talk to desk. Heat didn’t work In room 412 I was move to room 415 where I had to fix tv myself one face rag

Our flight was rescheduled to a red eye so I alerted the hotel we would be arriving at 6:00 AM that night. When we arrived there the lady at reception immediately said there were absolutely no rooms available and that our room had been given away, despite me insisting I was assured the room would be kept. After much insiting she "found" a room we could use to shower and change.
Breakfast was so so. The place was clean and the room was fine, it was just the immediate no can do that was upsetting after a night without sleep and 3 rescheduled flights.

The only good thing was that this property was close to the airport! The employees were doing other things while trying to check us into our room, making us stand at the reception desk for more than 25 minutes. We left the front desk without being told any information about the services available and the amenities.
-The carpets are so outdated you couldn't roll your suitcase.
-The rooms are so outdated
-There are no phones in the rooms. I had to go downstairs to contact the front desk, and then they gave me a phone number to call if needed, but I had to inquire why there were no phones in the rooms
-No one advised the time for breakfast, so we missed it on our first morning at the hotel.
-The water heater broke, so we had to take a cold shower on our first day at the hotel
-Expedia's $152.00 per night was a rip-off for this place. Holiday Inn would have been better
-We had to keep calling the front desk for new towels and toilet paper
-Housekeeping never came to our room to clean it
I have never been so disappointed with a booking at a hotel.
