Very comfortable for beds. Great location by the river and casino.

Close to Omaha downtown. Room had nice river view, but bathroom was not super wel maintained (rust in bath tub) and vanity drain was clogged, but that’s not a big concern. Very good breakfast and liked the pool. Good place to stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Property and room were clean, BUT the sink in bathroom in our room drained very slowly and the water that backed up in the sink was unsavory.

Old lettuce and radishes were left in room from previous guest. Room smelled sour. About 6am the kitchenette sink drain started making a loud gurgling noise. Elevators seemed to have a mind of their own. A lot of lights on the 4th floor only had 1 bulb working. Left my sons baseball jersey in hotel room after check and customer service after was horrible.

Wonderful hotel! Ive stayed there many times. Always clean, comfortable, & nicely decorated at Christmas! Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, big screen TV, clean & modern bathroom, very nice! Staff were great, helpful, friendly. Breakfast was very good, many choices for hot or cold breakfast!

Only one elevator working and talking to another guest I was informed it had been that way all week. The bathtub is rusty where surface is peeling, sink drain partially blocked, bathroom door just grubby looking. Basically the room is ready for a complete remodel.

We found dirty laundry including underwear in the drawer in our room and when we asked the front to come in and remove it noone ever did anything. The pool was closed for an extended period and when we asked the front about it they were rude. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Usually have good experiences here but this time could have been better.

Great spot. Super close to the zoo and old market. Casino right next door if that's your thing. Nice enough pool and cool view of the river if your room happens to be on that side.

The property is located in a material handling area but is on the river. seems dated even though appears some remodeling was done in the past. didn't have a phone in the room.

Hard to enjoy breakfast here while swatting flies. Dining area was infested. Bathroom floor corners had dirty in corners.Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Very disappointing.

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We were given the type of room we asked for, which included an amazing view of the river and city across the way. The room was very comfortable and the beds were some of the best we had slept in away from home in quite a long time. We are already planning to return at sometime, but for a longer stay.

We get to our room and mind you it was 96 degrees out. Drapes wide open well what was left of the drapes(they were all ripped and shredded) and the sun pouring in. Was over 90 degrees in the room. No air on at all. Needless to say had to go find something to do for a couple hours until the room cooled enough we could actually stay in the room. Tv took over 10 minutes to show anything except flickering on and off. Called the front desk nobody there knew what to do and would be at least 30 minutes before one of the desk workers could come check it out
