Surprisingly quiet stay so close to the SFO
Great dining options all within walking distance

They have good bedding and overall are very clean, beautiful family runs it, checkout started to knock before 11 although there was DND sign, and front desk called at 11 and knocked on the door at 11am sharp, it was a good team work but a bit pushy. The bar table at breakfast is narrow, hard to be too close to the wall with your face and knees not fitting straight almost like a tray in the airplane but they had a choice of bakery and toast and bagels and yogurts, boiled eggs, porridge in bags and hot water, also apples, choice of teas and coffee - very clean and stuffed breakfast space with a bit of everything

Despite a rough start with the idiotic shuttle bus company this hotel uses (bus driver literally drove past me as I was flagging him down at SFO - took and HOUR to get to the hotel) the service here was above and beyond. The check in receptionist was very nice about the shuttle problem . I accidentally left my phone and charger in my room and didnt notice until I was at the airport, the very nice front desk person Nicholas was kind enough to take his own time to go ship it to me! I cant imagine getting any service from another hotel other than "you'll need to come back to get it." these types of kindnesses are what set these smaller hotels apart from the major chain hotels. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. We had to leave for the airport at 6 am and breakfast wasn’t until 6:30 am. The staff packed us a little to go bag with a danish, apple and croissant. So thoughtful :)

Great place close to SFO. Super helpful staff. Their waffle batter is the BEST I’ve ever had at a motel. I went back for seconds. I highly recommend this place.

The checkin was late but fast and got to my room right away. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.The hotel was located near a Wendy’s so could grab a bite.Room was on first level so thought the road noise would be loud but only the ambiance passing by was noisy. If I need room will come back.

But, there was an unruly neighbor who wouldn’t turn his tv off all night long . I just never slept! Ugh! The desk mgr did give me a new room .. but then it was so early in the morning, road traffic noise became an issue !

i booked this because they had a airport shuttle... nothing in their listing said the times... so i ended up paying an extra $50 for an uber when i should have chosen a cheaper hotel!
the hallways were pretty falling apart, and not much of a lobby. but the room was decent

Overall stay was wonderful. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. All my interactions with the various employees through different shifts were pleasant. I’ve stayed here numerous times. Small parking lot but I never have any issues finding a spot. Although it’s off of El Camino Real I feel safe overall and more so for my vehicle and all the bipping the Bay Area is known for lol. Breakfast bar is simple but it works for what you pay. Coffee was a little watery (they had a different coffee machine during my previous stays which was certainly better than this current one).
My only gripe would be the WiFi as it can certainly be better. Overall I recommend and looking forward to my next stay.

Some of the rooms were being renovated, so there was construction stuff going on.
The walls are pretty thin, the first night I was there the guy next door was talking on the phone until 3am and his voice was audible on my room.
The breakfast was standard motel breakfast. The staff was pretty nice and friendly. There is an airport shuttle, but it serves several motels/hotels, so you need to plan ahead.

Love the San Bruno location right in the neighborhood. This was 2nd time staying at this hotel...was just as good the 2nd time! Rooms were clean & spacious and the person that checked us in was very informative!

Customer service was terrible. We were never able to use our hotel room. Even though we followed the shuttle intructions and waited in the designated area at the correct times the shuttle failed to pick us up from the airport. We waited for over an hour and even after we called there was trouble. We were still waiting in the designated area and waved at the shuttle as it approached. It parked away from us for only a few seconds and left again before we even had a chance to gather our luggage and approach. When we called the hotel front desk they were unapologetic and unhelpful. We didn't want to chance that the poor service would continue or that the shuttle would get us back to our early flight on time. We requested a cancellation directly from the hotel and were told to call Hotels.com, they turned us back to the hotel who quite rudely denied the refund as it was after 4pm. Well, who knew at 4pm that the shuttle wouldn't pick us up at 7pm?! My daughter and I spent the night on the couch at the airport instead.

Shuttle from the airport was useful, it was every hour between 3-11pm and shuttle to the airport again was every hour from 4-11am - you have to book the day before for the return.
Check In was reasonably quick. Room was ok, nothing special though - best thing was there was a pod coffee maker.
Breakfast started at 6.30am and was usual breakfast (waffles, muffin, cereal choice of cornflakes or frosted flakes, toast, coffee, juice, yogurt)
There is a laundry onsite and a vending machine where the laundry is.
There is a bus stop over the road that takes you to the bart into San Francisco which is useful ($2.25 cash)

The property was convenient to our needs. Good dining options close by. Not as clean as I would have expected.

We got the room beside rooms under renovation
We could feel the smell of paint and daytime was very loud though we needed to sleep after long flight

Awful!!!! Room 105 is right outside laundry room which wouldnt be a problem but its SOOOO LOUD and staff decided to open the doors to it and KEEP them open from 5 am whilst doing all sorts of work! So inconciderate of hotel guests... the ice vending machine was also right outside the room which was making noises all night long... surely it could be moved somewhere else... i would never stay in this hotel again! Terrible nights sleep just before a long haul flight.....

I don't usually stay at this chain as they can be hit or miss. This one was definitely a hit! Room was large, clean and recently remodeled. The two people I interacted with at the front desk were very pleasant.
The room was quiet, other than a few dragsters on the street below my window. Hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport, but warning- the shuttle make several stops so although it is only a mile from the airport, it took over 30 minutes to get there.
Breakfast was typical for this kind of place.

I only stayed one night, but the service, comfort and price were excellent. The shuttle service from SFO makes this hotel an advantageous choice. For the price, I highly recommend this hotel.

Shuttle from SFO airport only runs hourly and is unreliable.They are supposed to stop at each terminal but do not. At night it is next to impossible to identify the shuttle, the night hotel clerk has no clue what the bus looks like. Better off taking a cab if you are counting on the shuttle at night - the hotel bus pickup area is not lit in SFO.
Hotel has not been refreshed since 2019 stay, it is 4 years later and a fresh coat of paint is overdue. This is reflected in the rooms.
