Workers on strike...issues with properly cleaning the room...had to ask several times for room cleaning and additional towels. Not even remotely worth the cost associated with the room. Not good value. Elevator broken several times throughout 3 day stay.

could not control the heat in the room, overnight it went up to 88 F and had to open the window all night, couldnt sleep we could hear traffic all night.

We found the bed too soft, and also the walls thin as you could hear people in rooms beside. However it was comfortable, clean, roomy rooms, good walk in shower.

The room was clean, modern and bright. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was nice and clean too. It was a short stay (only one night) but it was a great experience. We would definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

The hotel and staff are amazing! Very clean and accommodating. However, unfortunately this time our room was located right next to the elevator. Throughout the night our sleep was abruptly interpreted multiple times by loud conversations from people getting on and off the elevator. Despite the hotels efforts to mitigate this by placing a sign outside, of course they cannot control peoples actions. If this did not happen my stay would’ve been 10/10

The front desk staff was outstanding. I was needing some help and had questions about the area. They were extremely friendly, and were very knowledgeable. The hotel itself was very clean and nice, too.

A pleasant overnight stay for business - unfortunately, there was no hot water in the entire building due to issues with their boiler - so no shower in the morning - hopefully a one-time occurrence!

The room and the hotel itself were really clean. The staff at the front desk and the staff working the breakfast room were very polite. The breakfast provided was excellent and served a great variety of foods. This hotel is a great place to stay for families.
